樓梯很陡，可是會有親切的旅館人員幫忙提行李上下樓，還有可愛的貓。房間很乾淨，雖然有點小行李箱沒辦法在地上攤開，但整體還是好的。飯店位置離TRAM westermarkt站走路只要2分鐘，從中央車站直接搭過來也只要5-10分鐘﹐，非常方便，附近就是安妮之家和西教堂，只是我們的房間在馬路旁，晚上到12點左右都還聽得到路上的吵雜聲，但我們不是淺眠的人，床很舒服所以還是睡得很好。早餐很棒，旅館櫃檯都非常親切，check out之後可以寄放行李到很晚。

It would be much better if there is an elevator.....

I stayed for 3 nights feeling very comfortable. Nice staff, great location between the westermarkt and dam square, room is very clean and well maintained, good breakfast. Although the room isn't big and the step to hotel is steep. But still a great hotel.

房間非常小、但是很乾淨舒適，地點佳，在約丹區，離西教堂跟安妮之家很近，5分鐘內路程，走路到中央車站大約15分鐘。適合不要求房間太大，但想要簡單舒適、方便的旅行者。

除了樓梯太陡（這是阿姆斯特丹的通病）這一點小小的缺點外，其他部分都令我們非常滿意，房間乾淨、裝飾得宜，服務非常友善而且親切，我很滿意選擇了這個旅舍！

There were mealybugs and the beds felt itchy and the hot air came out from time to time.

The staff was amazing. I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning. Because it is a small hotel, you can get a more personal treatment. They offered me to have breakfast and gave me tips for my first time visit to Amsterdam. I stayed the lobby/ breakfast area, which was very cozy on a very cold day until I was ready to start the day. They were able to give me the room as soon as it was ready.

Personalet var veldig trivelig og hjelpsomt. Hotellet var nok av eldre dato, og inngangsparti/trapp var en utfordring. Frokosten var enkel, men inneholdt det meste som jeg trengte. Kort vei til museer osv.

God frokost og god mottakelse. Rom bra, men litt kaldt på badet og ingen varmekabler. Ligger veldig sentralt. Til denne prisen var det mye valuta for pengene. Gratis kaffe og te hele døgnet.

Location is great! Walking up the stairs is not easy for old people, but it was okay for me. Rooms are small.

Great staff, lovely hotel cat, decked out for Christmas, cozy rooms, and a good breakfast. Only hiccup are the intense stairs upon entering; fine for a younger traveler but would be a challenge for some. Would stay here again!

Accueil agréable, chambre petite mais suffisante pour un court séjour. Un peu bruyant car donne sur une rue passante. Literie très confortable et surtout bien placé pour visiter AMSTERDAM

The room was adequate but the main thing to be aware of is the stairs. We had 70 plus steps to climb each time we went to our room from street level and some of them were spiral. Someone did help us with our luggage for check in, but we were on our own for check out. There was no offer to help and they clearly knew we were carrying luggage, as we stopped halfway down, at the lobby to drop off the key. Lobby sitting room was a nice perk and the breakfast was good too. Good central location to stay if you have minimal luggage.

Geweldige locatie, pal in het centrum van Amsterdam. Een prima hotel met alles wat je nodig hebt. Op sommige plekken wat verouderd en niet overal helemaal spic-en-span, maar verder in orde. Het ontbijt is goed, met voldoende keuze en prima kwaliteit. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een aanrader voor een kort verblijf.

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. La camera ed il bagno non erano grandissimi, solo il letto secondo il mio gusto un pò troppo morbido e per il matrimoniale c’erano due materassi singoli. La colazione intercontinentale è stata ottima.

Very welcoming friendly staff. Great location. Quiet comfortable rooms with a fridge and a safe.
