Très jolie hôtel, personnels très sympa et professionnels. Petit déjeuner très bien Serviette très mauvaise qualité pour le prix proposé.

La canicule a été pénible malgré les efforts faits pour améliorer une nuit dans cet hôtel sans climatisation ni rafraîchisseur d’air mais avec un ventilateur.

La chambre était propre et le personnel accueillant.

I chose this hotel after our cruise because I have come to trust Best Western properties Then when I saw that sightseeing tours leave across the street at The Volcano or a block away at City Hall, I knew it was the place for us. I had had a complication from a fall make a hip condition so crippling that my canes were not cutting it, and two days later I ended up buying a walker. The situation at the pier to get a taxi into town was overwhelming, so we thought Uber was a better answer, but I had to walk 1000 feet to get out of the gate, so I was done by the time I finally got into the Uber. When we arrived about 11 am the lady at the desk told me checkout was not until 4 pm. I told her I'd be dead by then. She said they weren't finished cleaning the rooms. She took a good look at me, and then said, All right, I'll put you in one of our nicest rooms right away! Her name was Angelique, and I told her she was indeed an angel. The corner room was bright and had nice views of Le Volcan and a pretty bridge. Loved the zany doors painted in wild colors, and the elevator that looks like a shower! The double-pane windows did well to muffle the street noise. Great breakfast, too!

Typical inner city room - small. Hotel was situated in heart of an active, exciting atmosphere. Staff was incredibly helpful for a non-native speaking person.

tres bien sauf le minibar : j ai pris un perrier une fois ouvert plus de bulles : DLC juin 2026 ca devait faire plus de 2 ans que c etait là, alors qu au bar on m a servi un perrier à mai 2028

Superbe hôtel bien aménagé, confortable, très bon petit dej, deco tres sympa trs bien placé.. juste un point négatif : la wifi , accès catastrophique il faut se reloger avec nom presnom a chaque fois que l’on ouvre l’ordinateur !

Bien mais le buffet du pdj a parfois du mal à être réapprovisionne à 8h il manquait déjà la moitié des aliments.

Ayant l'habitude des hôtels et des séjours professionnels j'ai été très surprises de cet hôtel. Je m'attendais à un service de meilleure qualité. Cela commence dès l'arrivée, l'hôtel mentionne un parking sur le site hôtel.com qui n'existe pas, la personne à la réception ne peut pas éditer de facture le jour J "parce que c'est la règle ici" passons je perdrai du temps le lendemain matin. La chambre n'est pas propre, les draps sont tachés et qu'est-ce que le l'hôtel est bruyant et mal isolé. Je connais la vie personnelle de mon voisin sur le bout des doigts et sa préférence à prendre une longue douche à 1h30 du matin. Bref je n'étais pas reposée entre deux journées de travail.
