Me encanto el hotel! Es un pueblo espectacular

Fantastic hotel in a great location for hiking. Very friendly with great rooms and views.

Nothing to say but it’s one of the best hotels I ever have stayed

The hotel failed to give us a room that we paid for rather giving us the smaller room, we suspect without insulation from noise, and without a bath. When we requested a reduction in price, after realising our room was not the one we paid for, having paid about 30 $ more per night they refused, and after a heated discussion, threatened to call the police, and humiliated us by asking us to leave. They stated that Hotels.com was at fault and not them. They also stated that they were sent an email by Expedia and not Hotels.com. The noise of guests was so bad that by 12 :15am on the Sunday morning, I had to call out to someone talking on their phone to please take the call back into their bedroom and not to talk so loudly on the verandah. The guest above us, (we had room 203) kept on walking backwards and forwards until 2 am and it sounded as if they had stilettos on and were walking with a thump thump thump for hours. The whole experience was bizarre. We had booked a soundproofed room and clearly this is not what we got. It is a pity as the hotel is cozy, it has clean rooms, and the general assistance and support is good unless of course they have not been able to provide you with the room you booked. The hotel manager clearly does not understand the laws of agency, as she stated she was not responsible for the mistake made by Hotels.com. We left the hotel feeling abused and frustrated. A holiday should not have to be about arguing for the room that you booked and paid for.

This is a lovely, welcoming hotel with comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful and made our stay very relaxing. Breakfast was particularly good with an excellent selection of food. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in our room. Would definitely recommend.

Estuve con mis hijos y desde el primer momento todo fueron facilidades y buen trato. La habitación estaba muy bien y el desayuno excelente! Volveremos

El entorno donde se encuentra el hotel es espectacular, así como las vistas desde la habitación.La sensación de paz y tranquilidad que te invade es inmensa. El restaurante excepcional, comida de muy buena calidad y platos de temporada muy elaborados. El desayuno buffet también es de una gran calidad, en pocos hoteles hoy en dia puedes hacerte un zumo de naranja natural y aquí sí. La calidad de los embutidos locales también excepcional, mucho mejor que en hoteles de categoria superior. Sin duda repetiremos!

Beetje gedateerd "wintersport" hotel. Lekker koud biertje maar avondeten en ontbijt vielen tegen.

Fantástico hotel como siempre ya hemos ido varias veces y seguiremos yendo muchas más. El restaurante también es muy bueno y hay diversas opciones para la cena además de un menú. El personal súper agradable y simpático, te hacen sentir como en casa.

Viaje en familia, habitaciones muy amplias y trato extraordinario

Es la segona vegada que venim. Ens agrada tot: les vistes, la neteja, l'atenció i sobretatot el menjar .

Le daba más estrellas... Personal agradable, buen restaurante, ubicación perfecta... Un buen hotel para descansar y desconectar... A todos nos gusto mucho.. Volveremos seguro
