J'ai récemment séjourné dans un hôtel parfaitement situé au cœur de la ville, mais dans un quartier agréablement calme. L'emplacement offrait une grande variété d'options, permettant un accès facile aux attractions animées ainsi qu'à des promenades dans des quartiers plus sereins. L'expérience globale a été formidable. L'atmosphère charmante et familiale de l'hôtel nous a instantanément rappelé nos premières aventures européennes d'il y a plus de vingt ans. Le mélange de confort et de nostalgie a rendu notre séjour inoubliable.

Clean and good location

Room is clean and location is very nice. Near to city center, need to find some place to park.

Comfortable hotel near city center, just 10 minutes by walk to go to Rue Mirabeau.

Good location, two minutes walk to center shopping district and restaurants, it's good that it's not in the centre centre so it's quiet at night. Helpful and friendly reception staff, the lady suggested me some good spots and restaurants in the city and i tried most of them, they were really good suggestions! The room was comfortable and clean. Wifi really fast!! Overall, I would definitely stay again :)

Hôtel bien situé dans le centre historique de Aix mais difficile d’accès avec travaux de voirie en cours. Chambre 421 petite mais fonctionnelle et climatisée. Belle vue sur le coucher de soleil et rooftop à proximité. Deux gros coussins seraient appréciables pour regarder la télévision au lit car il n’y a qu’un siège. Le supplément chien devrait être adapté à sa taille et accompagné d’un service. Personnel au petit soin.

Great location, rooms and staff. Charm is modern without being cold. Great breakfast, offers happy hours, the rooftop beckons - beautiful view from of Montagne Sainte Victoire.

The location was really convenient - outside of the town center which is actually a plus because the roads are easier to navigate with luggage. But also super close to the town center so you can literally get anywhere you want in Aix by foot within 5-15 minutes depending on where you want to go. Staffs were awesome and the entire hotel is very charming and had a friendly vibe. The only thing I would suggest the hotel improve are some missing points on the amenities. It would be really helpful to have a mini fridge in room. That strikes me as a very easy thing to add especially given how hot it gets in the summer in the area. There also were no tissue papers in the room which again is a very easy thing to fix but would make guests' life much much easier.

La terrasse est très agréable pour boire un verre après les visites de la journée. Quelques guirlandes guinguettes et éclairages tamisés pourrait la rendre encore plus agréable.

Très proche a pieds des restaurants

L’appartement était vraiment très petit et l’isolation phonique quasi inexistante : on entendait absolument tout — les bruits de l’extérieur, les bruits des voisins, et même l’eau qui s’écoule dans les tuyaux des toilettes. Un vrai calvaire pour se reposer. Cerise sur le gâteau : il pleuvait abondamment et j’ai demandé à l’accueil si je pouvais emprunter un parapluie. On m’a répondu, sans gêne aucune, que tous les parapluies avaient déjà été donnés aux autres résidents. Aucune solution alternative ne m’a été proposée. Un service client indifférent, des prestations en dessous des attentes. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Street is torn up and you need special instructions to be able to drive there which they did not give in advance causing us to drive around multiple times and ask elsewhere for assistance. We had a coffee from their machine in their lounge and then we're told we had to pay for it. The only thing really good about it were the beds and wonderful duvets.
