Værelserne lever desværre ikke op til billederne, prisen eller de forventninger man må have til et 4 stjernet hotel. Indtjekning var langsomt og da vi klagede over vores 33 grader varme værelse uden AC, kunne de ikke hjælpe. Dagen efter og en snak med hotelbestyren endte med et andet værelse, selvom vi ønskede at finde et andet sted at bo, kunne de ikke refundere noget.

I loved everything about this lovely hotel. Rooms, breakfast and the spa are were perfect. I would live to come back.

Beware - Bed Bugs. Tried to contact hotel twice but no response at all. Very poor. Will never stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Park Hotel Suisse & Spa in Chamonix. The hotel is perfectly located! A special thank you goes to Farah at the front desk. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, generously upgraded our room, helped us move our luggage when we changed rooms, and was always available with fantastic local recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Chamonix. His advice was spot on and made our trip even more enjoyable. Great customer service can completely change a hotel experience, and Farah is a perfect example of that. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help made all the difference.

Convenient location, outstanding view from the balcony and rooftop terrace. Enjoyed free access to the saunas. Only issue was no AC so had to keep patio door open all night while town was partying. Not so restful.

Great location but rooms have no AC which is no fun in June let alone August! Only 8 parking spaces at €30 per night! We had to kneel down to see the alps which was a little different to the description!

Great base for our ski holiday

Hotel is in a great location. Pool and spa on roof, amazing. Room had glorious views of the mountain. Highly recommend

Excellent location and spa with a fantastic view

The Room was cleaned and well stocked with slippers, tissues, nail file etc. We did find the sound proof rooms, not very good, could hear people next door. Hotel is placed near to all the shops and restaurants, and the pool and spar facilities were excellent, though would suggest you give your guests free towels in around the pool.

Dont let yourselves be impressed by those photos. We travel a lot and that was the worst checkout experience we’ve ever had. 11am they called us and the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone. We told we would need some extra minutes, in order to finish, and they invaded our room, without even knocking. Then, 20 minutes later, when i went to the reception, the receptionist mocked me and said i should not leave the room 3pm, in a ironic way. I was treated like a nasty type with absolutely no reason.

We loved our stay here! location is GREAT! staff was wonderful! Rooms were nice, and the rooftop amenties were stunning! this is where you want to stay!
