We only stayed one night, But the room was very comfortable and well appointed. Every member of the staff we met was outstanding, friendly, and helpful.

Charming hotel a short walk from the centre of Albi. Would stay again.

The location is not far the central. All of destination are walking distance. Also the parking space is very safety. But the breakfast quality is very poor and very old style hotel. But we enjoyed about the price and location.

Nice hotel, but we found the beds to short for tall people, also a bit hard - so sleeping was not such a good experience. Everything else was fine - friendly staff.

The reception staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated. It’s by far better soundproofed compared to the other hotels in the area which allowed for a quiet sleep. And the parking is on site which is very convenient and safe. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Albi as I’ve compared all the major ones and this one shines above the rest.

We came in the chaleur and this hotel was just a quality comfy hotel which was a haven for us. Excellent. Bit old fashioned but we liked that. Near all amenities & secure parking. Spacious salons downstairs and attractive gardens /conservatory. Bedroom could have been bigger & no view but these issues just small really.

Nice place and great location

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Charming themed room was spacious and comfortable. Location is ideal if you are traveling with a car as parking is easy and right behind the hotel, and the old city is just across the street so easily walkable. Air conditioning could have been better.

Hotel room is very basic. Not enough towels or bathroom cups. It’s okay for one night but nothing more. No real place to unpack and store clothes.

This hotel is lovely and has been in the same family for 5 generations! It is right in the middle of the old town and has parking. The rooms are charming with antiques furniture throughout the hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.
