The clerk is kind for everything. The breakfast is very delicious. It is near a station and very convenient. Only the room is a little bit too old. But, I still will come here again. So, I suggest that you can visit here in the future. Have a nice trip in Zurich.

The Service is great during check-in, they accept even 2hours late check-out specially because of my flight at late evening time. The Location is perfect near Station.

The hotel was clean, up to date, and it had a nice restaurant in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to a beautiful lake. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

The staff were well-intentioned, but they had problems getting our taxi to the airport sorted out.

Beautiful property in a residential section of Zurich. Very chic. The double room was cozy, buy modern, fabulous bathroom and a delicious breakfast. What was truly wonderful was the staff.

Clean rooms and hotel in general. Very helpful staff and great breakfast in the morning. Very up to date. We had the grand double room which converted the sofa at the end of the bed into a double bed to accommodate 3 people. It worked great but also note it's definitely close quarters. Cool balcony of the room. We loved our stay!

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr sicheren, noblen Quartier, sehr zentral gelegen. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele sehr gute Restaurants, Anwaltskanzleien, Ärzte, Zahnärzte und Finanzdienstleister. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und das Bett ist sehr bequem.

O hotel é maravilhoso a equipe tb. Não fica perto do centro histórico e tb da estação ferroviária. Cafe da manhã excelente e tem opção para gluten free.

Everything was great. The staff was especially helpful before, during and after the trip. Alicia Weinhart is exceptionally friendly and accommodating and has assisted us in returning a package that was delivered very late in the stay. This is much appreciated. Leandro and Joran were nice too.

Breakfast was okay. I think there could be more variety and could do with being replenished regularly.

We enjoyed our stay here and the breakfast was good. Some more professional behavior by staff at breakfast time without private conversations would be appreciated. They seemed uninterested in guests or their needs even asking if they should bother to refill empty food areas when there was still an hour left. We loved the choice of pillows but the rooms that were promised did not happen. More attention to detail and guests please.

Highly recommend a stay here. My husband arrived with a broken leg, Jerome could not have been more helpful, organising an earlier accessible room than we had booked, helped with our luggage and was so attentive. Alicia was most helpful with replying to our enquiries later. The hotel was close to everything with tram outside the door. A lovely breakfast and cocktail drinks in a well appointed restaurant/bar area. Our trip was cut short but we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Alyssa (I hope I spelled her name correctly:) ) welcomed us at reception with a glass of prosecco, which was such a lovely touch. She was incredibly kind and friendly throughout our stay. Both the reception area and the Flor Café, where we enjoyed our breakfast, were beautifully designed and had a very tasteful atmosphere. We stayed as a family of three with our 5-year-old, and our room was spacious and comfortable for all of us. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful welcome note left on the desk. They had arranged the couch as a bed for our son, it was generously sized and very comfortable. The only minor note about the room was that the bathroom had two separate sliding doors without locks, which might feel a bit unusual for those who prefer more privacy. The neighborhood was also very pleasant. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Zurich. Thank you for everything!
