Every thing is perfect, clean, location,friendly place

Vi hade ett fint rum med balkong och underbar sjöutsikt. Bra storlek på rummet. Rent. Frukosten var helt okej. Hotellet ligger i Paradiso, ca 10-15 min promenad till centrala Lugano. Båtar stannar mittemot hotellet.

Beautiful, clean, great location. Air conditioned

Hotel ist schon relativ alt, aber gut gepflegt. Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit einer großen Schlafcouch. Negativ war, dass wir beim Checkin nicht gefragt wurden, ob wir eine Gästekarte (Ticino-Card) haben wollen. Wir hätten bei den Schifffahrten auf dem See damit viel Geld gespart. Die Entschuldigung beim Checkout war eher mäßig. Positiv war, dass wir am ersten Tag beim Frühstück Spiegeleier bekommen haben, obwohl das eigentlich nicht inkludiert war. Alles in allem also ein gemischtes Ergebnis.

The hotel itself could use a refresh in that it’s a little tired, but the staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with our first room (a bad smell) and they changed and upgraded the room without question. They were also happy to store our bicycles while we were there.

since I booked at Principal at last 3 years I tried another hotel and actually I am not disappointed. The bad is, that dogs are not allowed in Best Western but they were very belied as we check in with our dog.

Nice hotel with views of the lake and secure car park town within walking distance too .nice breakfast and attentive personnel pool ok

Very nice hotel, excellently maintained, directly across the street from Lake Lugano and the Paradiso boat ferry stop. Not in the town center of Lugano but a short 1 KM walk from the center which we appreciated. Close to everything but a little removed and hence quieter

A very goods hotel this is the third time we have stayed at the hotel for a two night stop over as part of a holiday. Clean, friendly staff excellent facilities. We would highly recommend this hotel

The pool was difficult to locate. No sun. too much shade. But the view of Lac Lugano was amazing.

The room was a bit small considering we got a "suite, but the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and the location was perfect

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Service am Empfang. Die Küche war vorzüglich. Vom Zimmer mit Balkon hatten wir einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See. Leider war die Klimaanlage etwas laut.

The guys at the front desk were quite friendly and helpful - even though we speak only English. The location is amazing as it is right in the waterfront. We would have liked more air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious, beautiful and had so many options.

The hotel was very good.

If you want an inexpensive place with proximity to shops and things to do this is a great option breakfast as excellent

Hotel bonito linda vista para o lago de Lugano fácil locomoção e com estacionamento. Ao lado de uma boa Pizzaria.

There was a noisy construction site next to the hotel, wifi was not working and staff looked really unhappy and were unhelpful all the time. It took them 30 minutes, three different parking spaces to find a suitable spot.

Personal und Empfang freundlich. Gute Lage. Schöne Eingangshalle. Sauberkeit im WC/Douche ungenügend (Haare am Boden). Die Duschkabine braucht dringend eine Sanierung (Schimmelpilz im Gummi). Schöne Sicht vom Balkon aus. Frühstück so das Minimum vom Supermarkt. Würstchen, Speck und Ei kalt, na ja….
