People are friendly, however poor quality of the room, can see mould easily, shower was broken and leaking, room has bad isolation, overall experience was not good.

Please remind customers that it is not suite for the old people age over 70 . The narrow long stairway is a very hard for them.

Good service and wonderful breakfast!! But there have three thing I think can be prove in the future! 1.the hot water is not enough me to take 10 minutes showers! 2.i have lend hot water dispenser one night,it’s not clean inside ,so many dirty below the water dispenser... 3.the WiFi is not strong in our room! A little inconvenient for use But good service in Clark and good room service is this hotel advantages! Thank you for your service!

I staied here for the location. Location is good, about 5mins walk from train station. But the room we staied which was 2 sigle beds room, was super small.

Lovely clean spacious and room. Lovely hotel in a great area with termini stn near by 2 stops from the colosseum and plenty of places to eat near by.

The tv was old, small, and nothing to do on it. The room was dirty, the shower area is extremely small to where you couldnt even shower correctly. Pillows were horrible, i think the only positive thing i can really say about this place was the helpful ladies in the front. Other than that. I Would never come back or i would never recommend this place.

O hotel fica próximo ao Roma Termini, é fácil para ir de ônibus ou andando para os principais pontos turísticos. O hotel é antigo, mas estava tudo limpo e organizado.

The hotel staff where very friendly and even if they didn't understand everything i was saying they made an effort to listen and try. The hotel was perfectly located next to the main train and metro station and many buses run around the city from.there also. Thenhotelnwas very quute at nught apart from the odd distrlurbance from other guests in and.out of rooms like a Yoyo. The room had shutters on the window and it was very dark for sleeping. The room had everything you need except a kettle . The bed was two singles pushed together which is not ideal as you get a tiny gap down the middle . I'm not sure why they use two singles. Other than that the bed was comfortable. Housekeping cleaned the room daiky a d i was haapy with that. The bathroom was perfect and had enough hot water. However, it was small and a couple staying there woild struggle to use it together. Overall i would definatley stay again! It's only a 3 star rating and i belive that it meets that rating.
