酒店靠近plaza mayor. 在几乎主要景点的中心位置。楼下有餐厅略吵，酒店前台很热心。喜欢前台的小姑娘笑起来很好看。

Great location, easy to find. We were able to walk everywhere which was nice. The staff was excellent, very nice and helpful with directions and recommendations. I recommend!

The location was superb – near to all the important parts of the old city, but not noisy – as were the staff, who were at pains to help us and recommend places to visit, eat and so on. The room was great for the two of us as well, with plenty of space and storage

It is supposed to be a 4-Star hotel. You are greeted with a sofa in reception that belongs in a rubbish dump. Our Room (41) was up top and so our windows were small with views of rooftops and the lovely storks nesting. Yes it meant it was quiet but we missed a street view and the passing Semana Santa processions which we came for. Our room was like a studio flat with mis-matched furniture and TV awkwardly positioned - you had to be careful not to cut yourself on the window frame if you opened a window and wanted to move pass a glass top table. Not 4-star design. Also much water was wasted as it took several minutes for the shower hot water to start. Not eco friendly. The staff however were lovely. Shame about the property itself. This should not advertise itself as 4-star.

Equipe super atenciosa. Localização muito boa para fazer tudo a pé. Cafe da manhã bom mas não tinha variedade de pães. Quarto super limpo, mas a cama de solteiro não é compatível com hotel 4 estrelas.

Es un hotel practico y muy bien ubicado a pasos de la Plaza Mayor. Muchísimos restaurantes y bares alrededor, para todos los bolsillos. La atención del personal es estupenda

Localização excelente a poucos passos da Plaza Mayor. Ótimo café da manhã, quartos limpos e espaçosos e equipe prestativa. Não tem estacionamento, pois fica no centro, mas tem opções de edifício garagem próximos.

Ubicación y amabilidad del servicio excelente. Habitación cómoda. Wifi con señal escasa. Desayuno justito. Estetica antiguo Quizás lo peor es pensar que es un cuatro estrellas. Si fuera un 3 estaría bien. Precio bien.
