the room was great, we even has a couch beside the bed which we found extra.

O quarto estava sempre limpo, o café da manhã maravilhoso e a equipe super atenciosa.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal en plein centre de Palerme, à proximité des principales attractions, ce qui permet de tout visiter à pied. Cependant, le confort laisse à désirer : la chambre était assez basique, avec des équipements vieillissants.

Hôtel bien placé, accès aux chambres surprenant via une galerie commercante attenante, petit déjeuner correct sans plus.

Parking is a little tricky, and expensive with a larger vehicle (SUV) but convenient and safe. The facility is definitely older, but well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Einerseits ruhig gelegen, andererseits nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum touristischen Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind schon alt und abgewohnt, waren aber sauber. Wer Mängel finden will, findet sie mühelos. Wer keinen Wert auf Schickimicki legt, fühlt sich dort wohl. Uns hat es gefallen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr in Ordnung.

The best thing about this hotel is location. You can easily walk to city center, BUT the rooms are old. We found our room and bathroom clean, but the sheets and towels were extremely old and need to be updated.

Ok hotell nära till gågatan och restauranger. Nära till flygbussen och Segestas linjer. Sängen stenhård, vilket drar ner upplevelsen. Frukosten hade mer att önska. Endast rostbröd som bröd. Annars bara kakor och sötsaker. Skulle betala lite mer för ett bättre hotell.

This is not a 3 star hotel level. It is more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. There is no concierge at the front entrance and anybody can go up to the room level from outside. There is key entry to the passage outside the rooms but it is easy to follow someone in. Noise carries down the passage from late night talkers .

The location of this hotel was excellent. It felt very authentically Italian. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfasts as the staff made us an unlimited supply of coffees. The breakfast room appeared to be a meeting place for locals too so it had a nice atmosphere.

Très peu éloigné des rues importantes de Palerme dans un quartier agréable. Un personnel très agréable, aux petits soins pour ses clients. Petit dejeuner de qualité. Vous pouvez vous y rendre en toute confiance

Bem localizado. Ao reservar, indicava a existência de estacionamento, porém ao chegar, fui informada que o estacionamento previsto era o " comunale" e não privado do hotel.

In zona centrale, pulito, stanze ampie, occupa 2 piani di un edificio con altri hotel e altro. Si accede da scala condivisa dall'esterno e non passando per la reception.

Pour un séjour de deux jours à Palerme. Situation idéale à proximité immédiate du centre historique. Beaucoup de restaurants dans un rayon restreint Literie excellente. Un plus très important, un parking est situé sous l’hôtel. Établissement en dehors de la ZTL.

Very nice staff who helped with late check in when my flight was delayed. Room is clean and had all the basics for a short stay. Many thanks!
