Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Fresh and luxurious towels. Very comfortable spring beds (instead of only memory foam). Daily housekeeping is a HUGE plus. Coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent… available upon request. It was a pity that we had power problems whenever the oven was switched on. Other than that, everything was great.

電梯有點舊，房中二個廁所但是馬桶沖水一個是壞的，跟櫃台說了，入住的三晚也沒修理！水壓很夠。小廚房洗衣機很方便！有陽台很棒！櫃檯人員親切福務！地點也很好，到聖家堂三分鐘就到了！旁邊超市及用餐都很方便！

位置超赞，步行到圣家堂5分钟，出门左拐+左拐有个大超市购物很方便。可以自己煮饭。装修很好，物业所值。

前台始终保持微笑服务，对于客人的咨询挺热心的。最棒的是拐个弯到圣家堂了，儿子最喜欢在圣家堂边上的公园喂鸽子。步行到巴特洛之家大约15分钟，圣家堂地铁站可以直达火车站，附近出租车很多，打车都很方便。四个大人和一名五岁小朋友住的两房，空间足够。意外发现酒店收藏的7台Hispanos Suiza老爷车，可惜酒店的餐厅暑期休假了。

Near to the tourist attraction which is quite convenient, there are many restaurants around the area, and the metro station is just 5 mins away the hotel. With two rooms and two bathroom for 4 adults, a big living room and kitchen, also with the washing machine and dryer inside our apartment, which is really helpful for family travel. The apartment provide amenities for washing dishes and washing machine, and we can cook ourselves breakfast in the kitchen with the enough amount of dishes, a very good experience. The car park underground is quite narrow, but it's fine with us. Overall, we had a pretty good experience in this hotel.

Very convenient for approaching to the most famous architecture in BCN. However, even the staff is very nice, the room is a little bite old fashion. Some of the need to be remodel.

Awesome.... Well-equipped aparthotel with good location, just 5 minutes walk to metro. Frontdesk staff are good in English and helpful. Will stay again in coming visit to Barcelona

Service is very good and the staff is really nice who recommend a nice spanish resturant to us. A room for 4 people is good which have 2 bedroom, open kicthen, balcony and living room. I moved to another apartment after stayed one day in this hotel. That apartment is no service at all, I have to clean up the trash bin by myself.

Great location and spacious rooms. We had two kids with us so the two separate rooms were helpful for nap times. Check in was smooth and staff was kind.

There was a mixup with our pickup &were at the airport waiting. We had to call the hotel & get them to send someone- the driver finally arrived. Check in was excellent with Emmanuel. Got to the room was happy with it. We were a larger group of adults, coming from a long ways and only so many clothes- which is why we picked this hotel for the two bedroom with a washer/dryer and location close to everything. All was good until day 3, the day before we departed for the next leg of our trip, we wanted to do some wash so we’d have clean clothes ready to go. We did a load and then… on the second load, the kitchen flooded. We had the front desk come up. They told us impossible it’s brand new and said we must have overloaded it- we only had a couple items in it. We dried the floor and the guy said try it again. We asked for some more towels and were told no more towels. So we tried to just dry the clothes- nothing- just soaking wet, hot clothes but the floor didn’t flood so there’s that. We decided to rinse the dishes and put them in the dishwasher to run later, a minute into rinsing the dishes we were standing in another puddle of water. Turns out the plumber installed the lines with a couple strips of electrical tape. It blew the lines so anytime you used any water the kitchen flooded. They don’t keep maintenance on call so the front desk clerk came up & retaped the line- we never did washed & had to pay to have it done on the next leg. They did dry it but that was all :(

The apartment was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the location and the availability of restaurants and shopping that was near by.

Fabulous aparthotel. Very friendly staff. Views of the Sangrada Familia from the roof top sitting area. Terrific motor car collection in the basement. Lovely apartment with balcony. 1 minute walk to the basilica. Would definately come again.
