Just a one night stay, sadly. Easy parking just over the road. Lovely room in top condition. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well.

So cool that we are in the medieval fortress. Nice! Need to replace carpet to wooden floor. Need to fix ceiling in the bathroom in room 33. Staff great.

A nice hotel wiht great staff in an absolutely lovely spot. The terrace is a fantastic place to spent time unwinding.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are asset to the hotel. The room is clean and the breakfast was good.

Amazing hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location by the river. Comfortable rooms. In down town figeac. No mini bar which is no big deal for us and no safe in the room. However there is one at the reception you can use. We really loved this hotel and will not hesitate to come back. Thank you for the staff who made our stay exceptional

Très bon hôtel bien placé dans le centre ville. Petit dej sur la terrasse sur la riviere. Piscine sur le toit, mais pas eu le temps Figeac, superbe ville.

The hotel has a great location by the bridge overlooking the River. The hotel seems newly refurbished and and everything is spotless. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious enough. Balcony was nice to sit when weather was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating with any request. Parking lot small but always a space and free. Did not use the restaurant or bar. Did not like the soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink. Too hard to squeeze to get soap out.

location is excellent, easy walk into center of town. View from room overlooking small river into town. Breakfast menu is also very nice. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Figeac is a great stopover or weekend it has a market on Saturday and many good restaurants. The Pont D’Or is perfectly placed and has the bonus of roof top pool and riverside bar/restaurant.

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Room well maintained and clean. Restaurant food and service very good. Parking provision reasonable but there is a free car park at the end of the road if it is full. Well located for wandering around Figeac and driving round the wider area.

Lovely hotel in beautiful Figeac.

Excellent accommodation, clean and presentable room, large bathroom with bath and shower over, large comfortable bed. Great location, walk into the very nice old town of Figeac. Tea & coffee making in the room, could do with more than one tea bag / one coffee sachet though. Staff all excellent and very helpful, would use this hotel again. Breakfast at 15 euro's in way overpriced, just go into the town - Saturday market is with a visit - and recommend the restaurant we used - Restaurant Pizzeria Del Portel, the food is outstanding......

Our stay at Figeac bw hotel was very enjoyable. The staff were very helpful with any request. The hotel had its own parking which was a bonus where the hotel is situated.

Great location. Friendly staff who all speak excellent English.
