Checked in and was given someone else’s keys. Opened the door and all their bags and belongings were in the room! Changed rooms. Came home that evening to find they had again given other people our keys and people had done the same thing and been in our room but taken some of our belongings. When we asked for the cctv footage so we could see who was in our room they said they couldn't help and that we should have put ALL valuable stuff in our safe! They said we needed to go to the police station to file a complaint.

Simple, clean and easy to get to and with parking.

A lovely few days spent by the pool with good music and not too boisterous. There were plenty of sunbeds by one of the pools and the breakfast set us up for the day.

The stay was awesome

Great location. Modern and renovated rooms. The morning buffet for 10 euros is a great offer. Beach is about 5 min walk. 2 pools to enjoy. Great anf friendly staff

Pros: Location is great, staff were friendly and kind, great view, and pool was nicer than expected. Cons: Can get a little rowdy, bathroom was not was not in good condition. Overall, you get what you pay for.

The hotel property was great, the room was good but a little worn. The area surrounding was good, 30 minutes walk to the clubbing area and 30 minutes to Eivissa. Only bad thing was the cockroach in our room the last night of our stay.

The apartments were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony. There was a building site next to the room so on weekdays that made noise but was fine over the weekend and not too bad in any event. One slight issue was that the maids seemed to ignore 'do not disturb signs' and still proceeded to enter rooms with that on. Also very slow check in service. But all staff friendly, great pizza place across the road and nice clean rooms. Good value for money.

Good location to explore Ibiza. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants. The furniture in the rooms need updating, I found the beds uncomfortable.

Nice property. Great location. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast. Small rooms. The beds or sofa are not comfortable. You can hear all the guest coming back in the late hours.

Great place - a little wild when we arrived, but calmed down soon. We found an old sock under a piece of furniture which made us question just ow well the room had been cleaned. Handy place for walking into the old town.

The apartments were spacious with good amenities and very clean. The only issue with my room was that I found the bed uncomfortable, as it was a very firm mattress and the bed squeaked every time I moved. The pool and surrounding area was thoroughly cleaned every morning. I was surprised however that the sun beds weren’t more widely spaced apart or cleaned down in between different people using them. Also there were people smoking around the pool, even though there were other people within 2 metres, which I didn’t think was allowed now in Spain.
