non mi posso lamentare, i titolari mancavano ma chi li ha sostituiti, non ne ha fatto sentire la mancanza e con una simpatia e gentilezza uniche ha fatto superare qualche mancanza che si sarebbe notata. il posto è bello, quartiere tranquillo, si riposa abbastanza bene per il silenzio, anche se sul materasso e cuscino si potrebbe migliorare. Colazione niente di che, onestamente essendo a Napoli e conoscendo le pasticcerie di Napoli, al mattino una semplice sfogliatella, od un dolcetto fatto in casa avrebbe reso meraviglioso l'inizio giornata,

Sono stato in questo B&B nel periodo di ferragosto. È situato in una zona tranquilla di Napoli, comoda per raggiungere a piedi il lungomare. In 10 min. a piedi si raggiunge poi sia la metropolitana che la funicolare, per arrivare comodamente nelle zone centrali di interesse. Dalla sala da pranzo del B&B, e anche dalla stanza che mi è stata attribuita, si gode della stupenda vista del golfo con Capri sullo sfondo. Sono stato benissimo, con la gentilissima e preparatissima Patrizia che alla mattina mi preparava la colazione dandomi consigli su come organizzarmi la giornata. Questo dettaglio fa la differenza, specie se non si è pratici della città. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di andarci.

Franca and her husband are amazing hosts; it feels like visiting family members you never new were out there. The views of the bay and Vesuvio from the breakfast room and our room'a balcony were truly spectacular.

I'm going back for sure! I spent twelve days in Italy for less than I could go to Las Vegas. It was very relaxing and what a great view. Enjoy yourself there freely and comfortably.

I was surprised upon my arrival to learn this is someone's small apartment that they live in and they rent out two rooms for the B&B, which makes the stay not very private. I always felt like I was imposing. The view is outstanding. The breakfast is served very late in the morning: 8:30 - 9:30 and one day there was none. There is only a bathtub with a hose attachment not attached to the wall so you have to hold it all the time to make a shower. The couple is very nice, but I would not stay here again.

Nous avons passé une semaine à Naples. L'accès à l'appartement ne fut pas compliqué : alibus de l'aéroport au centre ville, puis métro, et une dizaine de minutes à peine de marche. L'accueil fut chaleureux, la responsable très sympathique. La chambre était propre et suffisamment équipée avec douche et toilettes individuelles, lit double, balcon avec vue plongeante sur Naples, télé, serviettes de bain, sèche cheveux, tables de chevet avec veilleuses. Le petit déjeuner est de 8h30 à 9h30, pain ou biscottes, thé ou café, qq gâteaux. Nous disposions des clés de notre chambre et de l'appartement, ce qui nous permettait d'aller et venir à note convenance. Dans l'ensemble, BandB tout à fait correct, propre, accueillant, agréable.

Man fühlt sich wie bei den Großeltern! Die Beiden sind sehr lieb und fürsorglich! Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und der Ausblick ist eine Wucht! Ganz besonders lecker sind die selbstgemachten Marmeladen!

Ce fut un beau séjour j'ai trop bien aimé NAPLES, une ville agréable entre visites et ballades, transport en commun et rencontre trop agréables, et le soleil au RDV. hmmmmm trop bien. J'ai adoré et voir le vésuvio (vésuve) un plaisir, une montée un peu dur mais sympa avec une belle vue. Certains restaurant aussi... de bonnes adresses, de la bonne nourriture. Les Italiens sont sympa mais pas tous. J'espère donner l'envie à d'autre: ALLER A NAPLES ALLEZ Y !!!! :-) :-) :-) Merci Eloïse DELPORTE

Nice little hotel that I chose since it was close to the united states embassy. The owners were very helpful and polite. They got me a taxi ready in the morning for my medical and gave advice for the interview . It was a Pleasant stay and it worked well for my travel purpose . Would reccomend to anyone who is going for an interview at the united states Embassy.

Quite a rather difficult check in process. Took me roughly 1 hour to check in as the housekeeper or owner/host was not at present whilst checking in. The house keeper to let me in does not speak any english at all and we had to go and pick her up from wherever she was so she can hand me the keys. Overall the apartment is great, so are the views and location

Franca & Enrico were super nice and kind with good tips for restaurants and other tourist stuffs. Bed room and bath room are cleaned every day. Perfecto !

La Sign. Franca si è mostrata gentile, accogliente e soprattutto fa sentire l'ospite come a casa propria. L'appartamento gode di una vista sul Golfo di Napoli spettacolare. La colazione offerta è come quella di casa con l'attenzione alla torta, ma soprattutto potrete assaggiare una marmellata di arance buonissima. Poi i consigli della Sign. si sono rivelati utilissimi. 주인부부가 너무 친절하고 창밖의 뷰가 너무 아름다워요 물론 뷰가 좋기에 조금 올라가야되긴하지만 Mergellina 메트로에서 십분정도 걸어올라가면 되고 기차역은 택시 서비스로 가격할인 해주니 접근에 큰 불편함은 없었어요

マンションの一室です。オーナー家族は親切で部屋からの眺めは素晴らしい。　 ロケーションも静かで落ち着きます。　

Das Panorama vom Balkon über die Dächer des neapolitanischen Stadtteils Chiaia hinweg direkt auf die Bucht von Neapel und die Halbinsel von Sorrent sowie Capri im Hintergrund ist einfach grandios! - Durch die typisch italienischen, bodentiefen Fenster geniesst man dieselbe phantastische Aussicht - bei Tag u. Nacht - auch vom Wohn- u. Esszimmer aus. Die Vermieter Franca u. Enrico sind herzlich, charmant, hilfsbereit u. sehr gastfreundlich. Durch die wenigen Zimmer hatten wir das gesamte B&B-Quartier für uns allein, was eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre schafft. Trotz der sehr zentralen u. verkehrsgünstigen Lage ist das B&B Franca erstaunlich ruhig; es liegt weit genug v. der Hauptstraße zurück.

It was a fantastic apartment in a quiet residential part of Naples! I enjoyed great hospitality by Franca and Enrico who gave me such useful tips that made my short staying in Naples quite unforgettable. Room and the whole premise were exceptionally clean, tidy and secure!

My room had a lovely view over the bay of Naples including Capri. The owners were very kind and helpful providing with essential information over where to visit and how to get there along with city maps. A good breakfast with good bread, jam, yogurt and fruits. Very close to the city centre yet a lovely retreat after the all day long hussle&bussle of the historic centre. Excellent wi-fi connection, good and very safe area of the city. Naples is lovely with excellent transportation means to Amalfi coast, Capri, Pompei and the other lovely islands in the bay. The owners are very helpful as well regarding transportation from and to the airport.

Great view only if you get the room at the front. A fair way from amenities, you need to be prepared to walk, or take a taxi or local transport. Breakfast was good and service was friendly and helpful. Good access to internet/WiFi. Accommodation difficult for taxi to find, situated in apartment building in private apartment.
