We suffered strike in 27th Oct in Veneciz and thanks for telling ealier and arrange water taxi for us. We had better arrangement to check our train timetable to Roma and no delay with everything. Appreciate warm notice for hotel.

Thanks to the well reception by the hotel. Stayed in the double superior room, which is so spacious and in beautiful old Venice style. The room is very clean. Breakfasts are nice too. Highly recommended!

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Perfect position for the water bus. The staff at breakfast were so friendly. Perfect stay. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Venice.

La chambre était impeccable et le personnel très courtois, très aimable et efficace. L' hôtel est bien placé, pas loin de Rialto, à proximité du vaporetto et en même temps un peu à l' écart du tumulte.

The staff was so nice and helpful! Rooms fresh, great location with a 2 minute walk to the dock where both the airport boat and the city boats stoped. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, well-located room. No elevator but very responsive staff to carry luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was below mediocre.

The beds were comfortable, hotel was conveniently near the water bus, and lots to do within walking distance. We like the historic feel od the rooms, and staff was very helpful.
