一切都很好...就是溫度的問題。酒店早餐好、位置好、房間整潔度和空間感也好。只是房間的冷氣是壞的，我熱到出汗和完全睡不著... 一個令人無法入睡的酒店...我接受不了

good downtown (old town) location within walkable distance to major tour spots. breakfast at the hotel resto was good, and dining area was v nice. facilities within the room are ok, with the exception that there are no elevators or bell boy service (or at least we were not aware there is) so carrying big luggages up and down the narrow stairways could be a pain. hotel assistants are not too attentive to guests requests, we specifically requested large taxis to and from the hotel but both times, the hotel booked small taxis for us which could barely fit our luggages. wifi conmection is ok, sometimes intermittent. when we were ready to depart and were waiting for our taxi at the tiny lobby, some lady who looked like a friend of the hotel people kept occuying the prime seat (the only sofa at the lobby) and using wifi internet with her computer for at least 45 minites without noticing other guests are standing at the lobby area with luggages and no seats! perhaps the hotel should consider expanding the lobby area so as to accommodate more guests.

It is a budget hotel and budget is what you get. Location is great, however the room is starting to look rather dated. I had a few issues throughout the stay. 1) the room stopped automatically locking itself - it was deal with within an hour but that was quite frustrating as I could not leave my belongings in an unlocked room - there is no safe to leave the valuables in 2) the aircon was my biggest issue. Every 30min to an hour it would start working extremely loud, this would keep waking me up at night so I had poor sleep all three nights I stayed there. The staff said nothing can be done as apparently all their aircons work the same way. I've never stayed in a hotel where the aircons would work this loud before. The pillows are also quite thin so didn't add to great night sleep either. 3) the shower drain was partially blocked. I kept standing 5-6cm in the water when showering. This should be looked at. It's just unpleasant showering in the water that is sitting at the bottom of the shower. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel, a cheap budget option if you want to stay at the heart of the city but the amenities are reflecting the price point. For me, good night sleep is key when I am staying at the hotel therefore I would not stay again so that I don't have to deal with extremely loud aircon waking me up at night.

Air conditioner very loud. Night time must be switched off. Room and bed was clean, but i had strengths bad smell in the room. I believe it was only this room problem ).

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Short walk to the observation deck/funicular; right by freedom alley with all the bars and restaurants. It was very easy to find and check in was simple. Codes emailed about 30minutes before check in time. All very simple. I was very happy with the room quality and it was larger than expected. For the price I don't think you can better this. If I was staying in Kaunas again I would certainly stay here again. Parking was easy as right outside, I guess as it's first come first served you could be disappointed; I think there were about 7 or 8 spaces outside. Clean, good price, great location, and comfortable - what more can you ask for?

Clean, modern and spacious room and bathroom. Good soundproofing. Easy self check in with door code. Overall very good stay. The only minus, that there are only few AC sockets and they are in weird places.

Loistava sijainti ja kiva huone! Hotelli muutoinkin yleisilmeeltään siisti. Pieni miinus siitä ettei hotellin parkkipaikalla ollut tilaa ja jouduimme ottamaan suht hintavan kadunvarsipysäköinnin.

Hyvä sijainti ja ainakin lyhyeen yöpymiseen sopiva.

Warning: check-in is automated and there is no front desk / reception. This was only made apparent after booking. I was unable to cancel without penalty. The hotel starts sending you slightly unfriendly messages and suspicious links, to add your financial details. It all worked ok in the end, but was unpleasant and a little bit stressful before even arriving. Kaunas is a lovely city, I've been many times. This is the only hotel I've stayed at that requires your card to be blocked out (a bit like booking a hire car). The room was ok, although extrememly hot. Breakfast was good though and the staff in the restaurant area were helpful and friendly.

There’s nothing wrong with the hotel itself. It’s in an attractive building 30 seconds from the main square. The only criticism of the facilities is the weak air-conditioning. However, the check in process leaves a lot to be desired. There are no staff. There’s a very complicated online check process And it’s a real hassle to get the code for the front door and for your room. This is far more complicated than it should be and is the worst experience I’ve had of the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed at in the last few years. The hotel was not refundable and if I had known about this process beforehand, I would’ve booked some other hotel. There are lots of alternatives. To top it off, the power went out on the evening of my stay. You could not call the central reception which is offsite because the power was off! I finally left the hotel and had some dinner at a restaurant and 90 minutes later Power had been restored. Overall, not a good experience.

Förbättringsförslag: Damma av ordentligt speglar Uppdatera AC:n då det var väldigt varmt inne i rummet och kvavt av fukt Det var lyhört som man hörde grannar Det som var bra med boendet är att man har möjlighet till nära pubar mycket att se goda restauranger runt hörnet. Även bra personal på hotellet som jobbade som städerskor och frukost personalen

Es ist nie im Leben ein 4 Sterne Hotel, Parkplätze wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man einen von sechs vor der Tür. kein Personal vor Ort, dadurch Schwierigkeiten beim Check in. Kein Fahrstuhl im Hotel, wir mussten unsere schweren Koffer 3 Etagen hoch schleppen. Das Zimmer maximal 1 Stern Komfort, zwei Steckdosen gefunden, billiges Linoleum im Bad (Fliesenatrappe) Matratzen katastrophal. Frühstück war der blanke Albtraum, trockene Brötchen, keine Butter, kein Aufschnitt, nur bisschen abgepackte Marmelade. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen, viel zu teuer dafür!!!!

Aircon was a joke. It did not provide cool or air, only noise.

Very bad check-in procedure. I had requested the room on a lower floor, the property did respond to my request and when I reached the property I had to contact them rather then they send me an email with check-in procedure. I think they want city-tax before check-in.

Great hotel, great location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful hotel - centrally located, very clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and had everything that one would need. And the best amenity is the free e-scooters that they provide - an amazing way to explore the city. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone (the only downside is that there aren't any lifts in the property)

Hvis man vælger Amberton Cozy hotel, så skal man være forberedt på, at det er et **** hotel UDEN reception. Og man kan kun få koden til værelset via WhatsApp! Også selv om de sender anden information på mail. På tilsvarende selvbetjeningshoteller har de en automat eller tablet i receptionen, hvor man checker ind. Det er lidt uforståeligt, at man kalder sig både Cozy og 4-stjernet hotel og man så ikke har en bedre og mere personlig service.
