Location,location,location..Beautiful villa ,fragrant gardens ,and beautiful Venetian decor all create an outstanding hotel…Great breakfast and personable service made stay rememberable…

Staff were kind but the ground floor room next to the reception ( room 10 ) was incredibly noisy during the night. There was also significant overhead noise from the room above.

It was amazing! The staff is very friendly, everything was perfect! Also the breakfast was delicius !

What a charming place to stay in Venice! It was in a great location close to the train station. Our room overlooked a canal and was very large with a great bathroom! The staff was incredibly helpful … we loved our stay here!

Everything was great. The breakfast, the staff the garden and service were amazing. Only thing was the bathroom with glass walls and door. No privacy. But everything else was great. Our room had a door to the garden that was very nice. I would come back and recommend

Nice hotel but breakfast very over priced

Ca' Nigra is the best. Mia and Narcisso at the desk are wonderful, they had great suggestions. The hotel is an oasis and off the beaten path: quiet, great rooms, and literally the only green spot that I saw in Venice. You have your own private rose garden on the grand canal! Truly a fabulous stay.

This lovely hotel on the Grand Canal, looks like something out of The Secret Garden. It has its own private pier! The breakfast is lovely, spectacular coffee and croissants. Our room was incredible large and beautiful, with a sitting area, two large closets, and a roomy bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was enormous by European standards. We found the lighting was finicky, especially in the bathroom. It was difficult for my husband to shave, and for me to apply makeup. Our one recommendation would be a safety mat in the tub/shower. It is a step-in tub and very high. The bottom was slippery so we kept a small towel in there. Staff was gracious and always ready to help!

Ca' Nigra Lagoon Resort is a lovely old hotel. The building is over 150 years old. It is well positioned for the main train station in Venice - 5 minutes walk. The rear garden overlooks the Grand Canal. Everything is within walking distance from this hotel. The staff were very friendly and offered loads of tips about where to visit during our 2 day stay. The room was clean and spacious and served its purpose. I would definitely recommend.

Estuve hace unos días en el Ca' Nigra Lagoon Resort y me encantó el hotel. El servicio siempre atentos a cada detalle y muy serviciales. La habitación cumplió completamente con mis estándares, cómoda y bien cuidada. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la estación de tren y varias atracciones, además es muy fácil de llegar si vienes en taxi acuático. Uno de los puntos más destacados es el hermoso jardín con vistas al canal, un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno veneciano. Sin duda, una estancia que recomiendo.

The property was well maintained and the staff was always friendly and courteous. We stayed in the junior suite overlooking the canal and it was perfect except for the bed. The bed needs to be replaced. One of the most important features of the room should be the comfort level of the bed. If the bed was replaced or in better condition, I would have given this property a 5. Other than the bed issue, the breakfast was great and the property was immaculate both inside and out. The location is conveniently located next to the main bridge that connects a large shopping district and also the train station.

Great staff, beautiful hotel with gardens, which seems to be quite unique in Venice.

In a word: FANTASTIC! Staff, facility, location, view, garden, comfortable beds. Really couldn't have been better! Reception was lovely - I am so very sorry I don't remember their names, but they were both welcoming, helpful and kind. Definitely plan to return.
