Great location! 5 minutes from train and bus station. 2 supermarkets close by. Almost next to the morning market on every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

This hotel requires residents to clean the kitchen by themselves before leaving. And the checkin time is too late. But at least we could place our luggages in the hotel before checkin.

有加熱式毛巾架很方便,很開心.廚房設備一應俱全,有2個電磁爐和微波爐,居然還附上菜瓜泡綿和洗碗精,超級貼心！ 但是房間有點小,勉強可放下行李箱.櫃台親切.離車站不遠且在鬧區. There were a Heated Towel Rack, convenient! we got everything we need in the kitchen, even the washing foam and soap! so sweet. Room is a little bit room, we can hardly find way to open our luggage. good WIFI. friendly front desk.good location, in town(market around corner, so we can buy food to cook; lots of shoe, clothes stores nearby) and the rail station is within 8 min.walk

I reserved "Business studio" and the utensils in the kitchen is fully provided. The room is big enough and the bed is quite comfortable. You will find post office and supermarkets nearby. You will need only around 5 mins walking time to Palais de l’lsle.

We stay for 2 nights and overall the experience is wonderful. Most surprise is it having a small kitchen. Note no reception service after 8pm. And we check in around 3pm and the room already available for us. Nice !

I enjoyed staying in royal Hotel. Friendly stuff. Location was perfect 5 minutes walk from train station. I was traveling from Geneva. My room was apartment with the kitchen.

As mentioned on pub, parking available and show the front of hotel with many cars parked in front. At the reception, the lady said there is a public parking at 300 meters We stay there 3 nights and hotel offer a rebate when you stay 2 nights and more, but the girl mentioned this when leaving. I ask her to give me the rebate, She said it’s too late , the rebate is given at arrival. So I lost the rebate. I’m really upset about that

We have stayed at this property before - it is now called the Royal Annecy Privie Lodge - on arrival the receptionist was very professional and ensured that we understood everything about the property, we had reserved parking on site and had a room with a small balcony very welcome in the heat the bedroom equipped with small kitchen refrigerator and hob on suite bathroom. Everything was spotless and very accommodating. We were travelling with a small dog and they made us all feel welcome. There is a lift in this property The accommodation is a short walk to the lake and numerous shops cafes restaurants and bars all serving delicious food

I checked in late with the machine that prints your cards for you right outside the main door, very simple. I didn't have enough time to book the parking spots but was able to find parking on the road nearby and it's just down the street from Poste parking garage. Street parking is free from 7pm-9am M-F and Sundays/Holidays. The washing machine also comes with laundry soap already so you don't have to buy any. You just need to get coins from the front desk (I forget how much a load costs maybe 5 euros). The bed and pillows are SUPER comfortable I slept very well. It's a beautiful short walk to the lakefront through the old town. I didn't partake in the breakfast nor the gym but I will be back!

The room was very clean. The hotel is well located, near restaurants and the lake.

L’appartement est très bien placé en plein centre. Propre, petit déjeuner correct. Le seul inconvénient est que notre loft est sous les toits avec des petites fenêtres donc peu lumineux.
