My wife left the money pocket on the bed night stand.. When we came back.. The pocket disappeared, then report to the reception, they said if they found it, 100% will put on the table.. But they didn't do anything.. End up, we lost the credit card, driving license and cash... of course, my wife careless was the main reason, but hotel didn't take any action.. We were so disappointed....

離近郊鐵路很近，方便直達至機場或是Atocha.房間很大、附近屬高級住宅區，環境安靜且治安感覺還不錯。但是Recoletos沒有電梯或手扶梯，對搬運行李頗為不便。但是飯店整體的CP值及服務水準都很高，很推薦！

有開放式廚房，到市場買新海鮮自煮,方便又便宜！

飯店整體狀況良好，房間大，且有廚具設備，位於精品大道旁，環境安靜，方便購物，離機場巴士站也很近，唯一不方便是附近要找超市較遠 The room is comfortable and big with a small kitchen. The location is good, nearby luxury good shopping area and quiet. It is also closed to airport bus station. The only disadvantage is it is far from supermarket.

Great hotel, defiantly feels like you’re in the Manhattan part of town. The area was just way too busy for us but it was nice to be a block from El Retiro. Although, I will say other smaller parks felt better for our toddler. The restaurant is excellent and beautiful.

We arrived earlier than our check-in allowed and the staff was still super accommodating. They stored our luggage for us and helped us book reservations for meals while we waited for our room to be available.
