I stayed in this hotel during the Olympic city. It is closed to the metro station like 3 mins walk, convenient. The hotel is located in a station around 30mins from Gare du Nord. The hotel is very new and stylished decorated. The room is super nice, clean and has everything you need. Most importantly it has a strong aircon as Paris is boiling in summer. I arrived the hotel earlier than the check in time so I left my luggage at the lobby. I got my room around 10pm, the air on was turned on, absolutely amazing! If you are fine with the location, this is definitely a best choice.

Economical pricing and easy check-in, amazing amenities, very kind English speaking-staff. Traveled from USA to Paris and wanted to be outside of the main tourist areas, but still in lovely and safe residential area with bustle and cafes! Arrived at CDG and traveled to Hotel PiaPia all by train - very easy! We did early check-in, recommended if available. Room was clean, spacious, air conditioned, with a bathtub! Very clean room, delicious breakfast buffet for additional price. Highly recommended for your trip to Paris! Near trains to the main attractions & back to the airport when it is time to return back to the States.

O hotel è muito bonito, organizado, limpo. Os quartos não são muito grande, se viajar com muita bagagem recomendo escolher um quarto maior.

Room is clean. But the breakfast was average. Staff helpful and 24 hrs available. The classic room is too small but the delux is good.

Petite chambre confortable avec climatisation. Armoire de rangement. Salle d'eau parfaite. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel.

Petit déjeuner hors de prix pour ce que c'est. Bacon gras et mal cuit , choix de confiture plus que restreint, pas de Ketchup avec les œufs...c'est sale et mauvais pour la santé dixit la serveuse!

Abbiamo soggiornato in due per una settimana. La camera, per gli standard di Parigi, ha delle buone dimensioni, la struttura è nuova e ben tenuta. Ottimo il livello di pulizia. Molto utile e apprezzata la disponibilità di acqua potabile filtrata completamente gratuita per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La fermata della metro è veramente a due/tre minuti a piedi e in circa 30 minuti si è in tutti i punti importanti della città. Unica pecca è la colazione, 18€ a testa per un buffet non molto ampio e vario ci è sembrato un po' eccessivo. Meglio provare una colazione nelle brasserie vicine.

Disappointed. The room was tiny, too small to share. There were poor amenities in the room. There was a space for a refrigerator, however the hotel removed this for some silly reason. There was black mould developing in the bathroom, and the towels were horrible. We asked for a late check out, which they were able to accommodate but insisted we pay additional. I also had a room credit for food and beverage, however they refused to honour this and made me pay for a meal at checkout. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Très agréable et Kids friendly. Idéal lorsqu'on voyage avec un enfant en bas âge (baignoire .... Le graal !) Chambre très propre et confortable. Literie parfaite, pas de bruit. Le petit déjeuner enfant etait très bien également. Un petit plus dans un hôtel qui met en avant les familles serait un petit marche-pied pour les enfants dans la sdb.

Hôtel bien placé, bien rénové, déco agréable. Les chambres simples sont vraiment petites (mais pour une nuit ça suffit), les chambres supérieures ont une surface classique. Petit déj variés.

I loved this little place. Simple. Inexpensive. Small room that served its purpose. I’m tempted to not give it a rave review only because I want there to be an available room for me to come back! Staff were kid and helpful. Kitchen and cleaning staff too.

I loved my stay at Hotel PiaPia! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property and room were both incredibly clean. The A/C was a lifesaver during a heatwave, and the location is amazing - steps away from the 1 and a less than 10-minute walk to the Nation metro stop. I even felt safe coming and going from the hotel at night. This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in abroad, and I will be back!
