Contacte al hotel muchas veces y nunca me contestaron hasta que llegue al hotel, el dia 26/12/25 cobraron por anticipado la cuenta. Yo llegue sl hotel a las 16:30 y la recepcionista no colaboro con la informacion que necesitabamos para saber que hacer en el lugar. No habia restaurant. la Habitacion era fria. Las ventanas no cerraban bien.

Dejlig udsigt fra værelset da hotellet ligger i meget flotte omgivelser. Nem parkering til 12 € pr dag. Fin italiensk restaurant i nabobygningen og værelset havde en lille altan. Værelserne er dog generelt af ældre dato og kunne godt trænge til en forbedring. Sengen er ekstrem ubehagelig og vi havde ønsket et lagen der passede til sengen så man ikke ender med at sove direkte på madrassen. Overordnet set fin sted, som fint kan bruges til kortere forhold.

The breakfast was not included in the room price. The fee was 7 Euros each. The eggs were cold. They tasted ok though. There was yogurt available & 3 types of juice and water. Cappacino was also included. There was a bowl of fresh fruit: bananas, apples, oranges and grapes.

The breakfast here was superb. Wait staff made hot drinks to order. The air conditioning was perfect. The balcony and lake view was truely epic! The location was peaceful with good transport links.

The hotel is a bit dated, the rooms are okay. Our room didn’t have working air conditioning and the key card was broken. However, you’re definitely paying for the magnificent view from the hotel and balcony room (if you chose lake view). The staff are wonderful. Breakfast is continental with an option of scrambled eggs and (hot dog style) sausage. The restaurant next door is amazing and also has a wonderful view of the lake. The area is quiet with a stone beach at the bottom of the hotel. There is a supermarket not far away in the car and a couple of other restaurants within walking distance. A great base if you want quiet.

Hôtel avec une vue sur le lac comme demandé. Présence d'un parking payant sur place. Petit déjeuner correct, la chambre assez grande mais datant un peu. Très peu de commerces dans le quartier.

Everything was great

The hotel was exceptionally better than I thought! It is in such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing Mountain View’s and only 1 minute away from lake como beach area behind the property. The hotel itself is a little dated but kept in excellent condition and very clean! Parking is available and the staff were incredibly nice. I would stay in this property again and highly recommend it.
