Great location, no elevator, earplugs advised

房間超級小，可能只是一號房是這樣，但真的住得很不方便也不舒適。訂的是有一張雙人床的房，如果兩個人住帶著兩個行李箱，沒有足夠的位置讓你打開行李，行李箱打開後連行走的空間都沒有。浴室也很窄，浴室門很難鎖上，洗澡時水會越來越冷。地理位置很好，離巴士站和海邊很近，但酒店門前有一條很窄的樓梯，抬著行李箱上落會非常累。早餐一般。最好的是前台人員的服務，有禮貌並樂意幫忙。

價錢合理地點方便去超市近出海邊3分鐘即可

Excelente la habitación, el único inconveniente se nos hizo que la habitación estaba en un tercer piso y es todo con escalera y con maletas es difícil

Great location and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Parking is off site and about a 10 minute walk to the hotel but in a safe location. We loved it.

Located in Diocletians Palace. A central area for tourist. Hotel was good value for money. Room was tidy and well mantained. Shuttle Bus service to the autobusni just 8 mins walking distance away.

The location is perfect, not the mention the room is sound proof, as well as, spacious for two with the queen sized bed. Staff was friendly and very helpful, willing to help no matter the question. Breakfast where should I begin, it was mediocre and have much of a variety, just words from the wise don't have high expectations at breakfast.... I would recommend because of location, property and staff..

This is great place to stay in oldtown. Just everthing is around there. Port is only 5 minutes walk, hop on hop off city bus stop is judt 5 minutes walk. Staff is very friendly , caring and helpful. Breskfast was great. Special thanks to Angelina, Anna and gentleman who helped with luggage.

Short Uber ride to the palace walls and the staff met me at the drop off point to walk me to where the hotel is located

My room was not part of the main hotel but rather in an apartment just a couple of minutes walk away so once checked in and shown to my room I didn't see any staff (save for later in the afternoon when the chap who checked me in recognised me in the street and greeted me asking if everything was ok which I thought was nice) Key card access through both doors, into an absolutely stunning room. Had a boutique feel to it and was spotlessly clean. Bed was comfy, room perfectly spacious (I was solo travelling but the room was a double). Mini bar, hairdryer, iron... All the usual amenities. Upon returning each day I noticed the room had been serviced (bed made, tea and coffee topped up, fresh shower mat and towels). Although this had more of an apartment/air BNB feel due to not being in the main hotel, it was still fabulous and positioned right in the centre of Diocletians palace giving it a more special feel. I would absolutely stay again and for location it's 10 out of 10.

The staff was excellent, the rooms were fine and the location was great. I usually check places very carefully and was unaware that there are steps leading up to the hotel, and then steps up to the room, and no one was there to assist with getting baggage up. Restaurant was only open for breakfast, and there was no laundry service on site. Just little things that might have made me book elsewhere had I known.

Two of the ladies were extremely nice. Always smiling and will to help. The lady the was there Sunday morning wasn't. Maybe she was having a bad day. Other than that, I was treated very well. I'm sorry I forget there names. The younger lady that checked me out Monday morning and the lady that checked me in Wednesday afternoon both get 5 stars from me. Dabro Dan ladies.
