Staff is very kindly.

Very clean and staff are very kindly. Location is good to access.

1. Hotel had no air cool as they were in heating mode (can not have both) so the room was very hot and they asked me to open the window which also did not solve the problem as air was hot too. 2. No vegetarian food consideration in fact the staff did not even understand what is vegetarian food in breakfast time and too much struggle to communicate. The spoons kept in front of dish bowls, breakfast time, were less than the number of bowls so people were mixing the spoons means use same for meat and vegetables and staff does not understand what is wrong. Hotel was horrible and terrible and money should be refunded.

Coming frequently for biz I need hotels in this area, and have tried several of them. This is by far the best in this (kind of) remote location. The room was super comfortable and clean (the AC actually cooled it well on a hot July day - not to be taken for granted in China!) and the breakfast excellent. I plan to stay here again!

This is not a holiday destination. People come here for work. It is a mixed industrial and residential area on the fringes of Shanghai.

Nothing is right. Delayed flight. Not pleasant experience

호텔이 조용하고 직원들이 친절하였음. 주변 편의시설이 없는것은 해당 지역이 원래 그런곳이고 호텔은 우수함.

A little bit remote from the city but service was excellent and room was was extremely comfortable
