This property has everything you need , the staff are all kind and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and have all you require. We were sad to leave. The on site parking was safe and secure. A walk uphill and you are in the old town with a map and walking tour supplied by the Hotel. The breakfast was generous and tasty with helpful staff present. I thoroughly recommend the Hotel and would happily book it again.

Ótima localização, perto da parte histórica de L'Aquila. Atendimento atencioso e cordial na recepção. Como ponto negativo, o conforto dos colchões.

Hotel com ótima localização! Perto de restaurantes, mercado, pontos turísticos. Café da manhã surpreende, bastante variedade. Vaga de garagem.

A L'aquila per lavoro, ottima struttura a due passi dal centro, vicini tutti i luoghi di interesse della città. Colazione Discreta, nel complesso ottima struttura.

Ci sono stata soltanto per due notti, ma mi sono potuta rilassare e ho potuto dormire tranquillamente senza rumori o casini di alcun tipo. La stanza era ben tenuta, pulita e il letto era molto comodo. Personale educato, gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente un posto adatto per passarci corti o lunghi periodi.

Hotel situato nella zona vicina al centro. Ampio parcheggio coperto e scoperto libero. Camere spazione e colazione abbondante a buffet.

Porta d'ingresso al centro storico. Tranquillità ed atmosfera familiare. Personale accogliente

Somme toute, bel endroit pour rester une ou deux nuits. Vieillot, mais bien situé avec de bons restaurants à proximité. La chambre était très chaude et aucune possibilité d’allumer la ventilation. Le personnel a été aidant et nous a fournis un ventilateur. Le déjeuner était bien et typique italien.

Location, service and breakfast are awesome, especially the two guys at breakfast who make individual coffees. Rooms are a bit dated ( think college dorms) but very clean. Front desk people are friendly and helpful.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel e anche questa volta si conferma una ottima scelta Parcheggio coperto gratuito per la moto e vicinanza al centro città. Staff sempre molto cortese.
