Only one person to make everything and not able to speak French. Nice room and petfriendly Breakfast could be improve but for the price it a good place to go

Hotel was Nice and very near to Montmoranvy fall. Thanks to Hemil who made our stay very smooth. Breakfast at Hotel was also very nice.

La chambre était très correcte, le déjeuner manquait de choix, mais c'était correct. Par contre le personnel ne parlait qu'en anglais et ne comprenais pas le français, c'est quand même un comble au Québec, et de plus sur le site de l'hôtel il est précisé que le personnel est multilingue...

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. From the smooth check-in to the spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and attentive staff, the experience was seamless. The location was perfect, amenities were well maintained, and service felt genuinely warm. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lit trop mou. Mal insonorisé. Pas de serviettes pour les cheveux. Mais sinon personnel bien gentil :)

Beautifully kept building and rooms. Unfortunately the communal microwave did not work and no coffee was left to use with the coffeemaker in the room. Great area around property for our dogs to run/walk. Expensive dog fee.

It was cute and clean. I would recommend it if you want to just sleep there. The Resto Bar and Bistro were not open, there was no coffee even tho the room had everything to make it. Self check in was easy and there is a nice field next to it if you bring your dog. The Pamphlet, I feel, must cater to a different time of year.

Hôtel propre et bon rapport qualité prix. Le Radio café à proximité pour le petit déjeuner est excellent Manque une bouilloire dans la chambre et capsule de café pas disponible alors que cafetière.

Its clean not fancy but cosy It was complicated to find thr location with waze

Très bel endroit, propre avec restaurants à proximité.

Rooms were clean and spacious well ventilated.

Outre l’air climatisé très bruyant le reste est très bien !
