Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The room is small but it’s well appointed with complete furnishings and amenities . Although the hotel is quite dated, it’s well maintained and clean. Valued for money.

The breakfast was a buffet of meats, cheese, breads, fruit, eggs, and pastries. There was a variety of coffees and teas. The room was spotless and spacious. The area was very convenient to shops, restaurants, and activities.

Property is a little outdated. But overall a nice place to stay.

Das Hotel ist in einem alten Herrenhaus. Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Tee, Kaffeemaschine und Minibar inklusive. Es ist nur etwas hellhörig, man hört die Geräusche von Dusche oder Schritten außen Nachbarzimmern. Mit Ohropax kann man aber problemlos schlafen. Äußerst nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Die Lage im Stadtviertel Arenal ist ideal um Sevillas zu erkunden. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Laufnähe. Unzählige Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte ebenso.

Delightful boutique hotel well located within a short walk of most of the tourist attractions. The room was spacious enough for our purposes and the staff were very helpful

The staff very welcoming and helpful. The hotel included breakfast sail and a small bottle of Prosecco upon arrival - unexpected upgrades - both appreciated. The location is within easy walking distance of everything: restaurants, sites, and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

We booked this hotel after canceling another bad hotel. It was the last room, we checked in at 10 pm. The room had a residue of water leak at the bottom of the walls all over. They offered to move us to another room the next day but they did not. They gave us the breakfast as complimentary for the 3 days. The location was incredible, next to everything. The room because it was the lobby floor was very noisy because of the restaurant. From 6:30 AM you hear the banging of the plates and utensils. Again, the best thing was the location. The garage was pricey but it’s really hard to park in the street in such a busy area.

Clean room. Staff was excellent. A welcomed surprise with included minibar and prosecco delivered to our door as a gift. Excellent location. Would 100% recommend.

The room decor was fun and the staff lovely. Coffee and tea facilities. The only issue was that I could hear the occasional loud noise from the corridor and street which suggested that the sound proofing was not great.
