服务员很贴心，还给我指出哪里有买水果买食物等。还主动要送我两个苹果：）很舒服。 只是靠街的房间很吵。

The hotel was in a great location close to all the attractions and restaurants, bars the staff were very friendly and helpful, the manager was very informative and hard working Would definitely recommend!!!

Very comfortable bed. Nice room just off the interior courtyard with ensuite with good shower. Very convenient for the Mestiza and near the river. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location next to the cathedral makes it all worthwhile. And, the staff will help you plan your day so that you don't miss anything.

O hotel embora seja bonito, teve alguns problemas. A água quente do hotel não funcionou durante a estadia, impedindo o banho dos hóspedes. As 22h informaram que poderíamos trocar de hotel mas que o reembolso só seria resolvido no dia seguinte e que não era garantido. Foi uma grande decepção. É um hotel caro e oferece pouco pelo preço. Existem opções melhores por preços menores. Os quartos são antigos e prejudicam quem tem rinite. O hotel é muito barulhento. Por fim, foi uma experiência péssima.

Staff very kind and the hotel is lovely. Beautiful areas to sit and relax and very close to everything.

Good location, good size of the room, and good hospitality.

Great location in the historic center. I liked the traditional decor w/ an authentic Old World Spanish vibe. I’m. I’m not crazy about limited hours at the front desk. If you accidentally forget the key in your room it would be a big problem.

Clean room, fast internet and breakfast was not included. Also, There was a stage humidity smell in the room. I noticed water damage on ceiling but not a pleasant odor was coming from bathroom.
