They rented the room I was supposed to be the day I got there even though I already paid for.

Cuando fui la primera habitación tenía problemas con el aire ya que no servía , con la segunda tenía un olor horrible a polvo, las sabanas sin lavar y el piso pegajoso , fue horrible no pude ni quedarme a dormir de lo horrible que era

Hot tub does not work. Beds were uncomfortable. Toilet seat broken. One power outlet in room. Breakfast is a cheese and egg sandwich with sweet milk. Free water in lobby. .

It’s in bad condition

That was my first bad experience. I was on my bed sleeping. It was raining. The roof was leaking. My room was completely flooding then there were some mousse tried to eat my bag. The service was bad. Bad hotel and bad service !

La chica que trabajo ese día en el turno 3-11 fue muy amable y servicial en cuanto a las habitaciones (sin comentarios)

The Malecon is literally down the street. There were many restaurants around that served authentic Dominican cuisine. The casino is right next door if you're into gambling. The room I had was gorgeous, and my bed was very comfy. I am definitely staying again when I come back.

The young girl and black guy were amazing with the service, but the Room ! Piece of crap, bet dirty,ac broken,tv broken,fresh paint odor,bathroom nasty, not recommend, get a better option, l got pic if someone need it

El hotel es malo feo no hay comodidad de nada Las habitaciones estrechas presenta humedades , los baños no hay ni espejo las camas malas y del aseo ni hablar se siente el olor a humedad La atenncion es mala y no son dispuestos para resolver los inconvenientes No lonrecomiendo en ningun aspecto

Não recomendo , frigobar não serve, achei uma barata no banheiro cama é feita de tijolo e concreto nao consegue até o sofa é de concreto, fiquei 3 dias e meu quarto não teve serviço de limpeza. Café da manhã sem variedades sempre a mesma coisa um sandwich seco parecendo que foi feito no dia anterior. Tem um jacuzzi esta nojento parese que nao teve limpeza faz tempo. Cofre para guardar joia nao serve. O cara que trabalha de manhã é show de bola gente boa mais a infraestructura não ajuda parabéns para ele. Não recomendo vir neste lugar.

La Ubicación por que está a media cuadra del Malecón de Santo Domingo

Una terrible experiencia y por lo tanto no se lo recomiendo a nadie ni siquiera para hospedarse de gratis, ese lugar las autoridades que regulan los hoteles en Santo Domingo RD deberían de cerrarlo de por vida…….@

They need to teach customer service Hostess in the front that checks people in better with the computer. Air condition was okay but TV did not work
