El recepcionista fue muy amable. El estado de la habitación dejaba que desear, focos de lectura que no funcionan y un roto en una pared tapado por una cama. En el baño se escucha cuando están utilizando el del piso superior. El desayuno bufet es correcto y con muchas opciones aunque echamos de menos los huevos hechos al momento. El zumo de naranja etiquetado como natural no lo es, es zumo industrial. La señora que atiende el salón de desayunos tuvo la poca discreción de decir a unos huéspedes en voz alta de modo que lo escuchamos todos que no tenían el desayuno incluido, lo tenían como supimos después, pero se debe ser mucho más discreto. Deben mejorar los desperfectos de las habitaciones y el trato para justificar su precio.

The hotel gets an 'ok' but nothing more... the beds are good and the rooms quite well isolated and the breakfast is great. The lobby is far from pretty and the staff could use some training and motivation. Guess it doesnt matter much because there's hardly any alternative in Terrassa.
