Good location and many restaurants nearby Stayed at this hotel second time Torino is underrated coz travellers can get reach to many surrounding cities or towns e.g. bra easily

這飯店很靠近新門車站！我下次還會來 很感謝Rondolf超熱情風趣的歡迎我們！ 果然名不虛傳！這家飯店人都好友善！ 房間也很乾淨寬敞安靜舒適，只是由於 給我們有陽台的房間風景優美，但冬天 有陽台門的浴室還是會冷，這次住七天 早餐很好吃！但吃到第四天還是會覺得 變化太少～哈哈，尤其熱熟食品項太少 我們第五天開始到火車站附近吃早餐， 跟台灣比起來新門車站的消費算高、 所以飯店早餐每人7歐元算是很便宜！ 雖然飯店的設施看起來算是有點舊， 比方：沒有國際USB插座，古董衣櫥 但飯店人員超親切！謝謝你們的照顧 我下次還想再來！也歡迎你們來台灣！

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location if you like a good walk and close to so many wonderful restaurants outside the centre! The hotel feels like it was far grander in previous times - upkeep not maintained. Not providing basic amenities (1 soap dispenser and no shampoo, soap, lotion etc), is pretty poor these days. Breakfast smelled great but chose to each at local cafes. Didn’t realise the spa wasn’t free for guests

The staff was very helpful. And they have an elevator. That's important. I am a 75-year-old woman traveling alone. I always felt safe.

We stayed for one night before our flight out of Turin airport. The staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. We rented one of the apartments, we need a king for my husband and I and a separate bed for our 14 year old son. It was a sofa bed but more comfortable than most. One challenge was with one keycard to turn on the electric in the room, when my husband left to get items from the car he took the key set to get back in and once the card was removed we lost lights to the unit while I was showering. This may be an easy fix of asking for two sets of keys. We did not since we were only there for such a brief time. Thought it was worth mentioning. Also, street parking was busy and difficult to find. When I messaged staff they said that directly in front of the hotel is reserved hotel parking between some orange and white cones. I should have asked this earlier. Hope this information helps the next one looking to park.

主要駅からやや歩きます（10分ほど）が、ホテル自体はおすすめできます。 施設はやや古いものの清潔で、何よりもスタッフにホスピタリティが溢れていました。 気になる点は ・シャワーがやや弱い（欧州では平均的かも） ・主要駅からの距離が微妙。10分ほど歩く。タクシーを使うには近い。 良い点は ・スタッフの対応がすばらしい。タクシーの手配をしてくれる。早朝にも関わらずコーヒーを淹れてくれ水を持たせてくれました。朝食も美味しい。

Hotel propre, calme et bien situé. Proposition de sans gluten au petit dejeuner. Personnel très agréable

Tuve una estancia muy placentera. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación para llegar caminando al centro de la ciudad y a la estación de tren, bien comunicado. Las instalaciones están limpias y cuidadas. El highlight sin duda el personal! Son muy amables y serviciales apoyando en todo momento. En especial la chica que sirve el desayuno y el personal de la recepción.

Woke up by something that sounded like vacuuming in the room just above ours at 5 AM on Sunday morning. This is particularly ironic, because I was promised to get their most quiet room, because we were going to attend a sports event on Sunday morning, so we needed a good night's sleep.

Love the hotel and the staff
