Great room, awesome breakfast, kind service

Very nice hotel, situated at higher level with panoramic view of the Black Forest. Reasonable working distance to the attractions, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Good view from room Large space, clean, good food in restaurant, particular Cheese chicken , And taste breakfast . However the parking place is not plent enough I should be back at this hotel again

超棒的渡假飯店，晚餐也很棒

離火車站很遠需要坐taxi,但只要8歐元。5至6分鐘就到飯店。到飯店一定要坐taxi,千萬不要省錢，不然會累死人。 該飯店位在半山腰，離主街距離不到1公里，漫步行走欣賞風景就不覺遠｡特里堡很安靜觀光客少逛街很悠哉。餐廳少，但有1間大超市｡咕咕鐘是特里堡必買紀念品｡住黒森林區飯店鄀贈送黒森卡免費搭巴士火車至黒森林區其他小鎮｡這次是從法蘭克福汽車零件展結束後去，只住2夜稍嫌不足。黒森林區有太多美麗安靜小鎮，只好等下次再去囉！

Nice room but is a bit far from center

The location of best western is on the top of one small hill. The view is good from the room. The speed of free WIFI is OK. The only problem is that you have to pay for the parking garage daily so I have to park my car on the street.

Hotel liegt an ruhiger Lage, aber doch Nahe am Zentrum. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Tolle Zimmergrösse, wenn man als Familie reist. Uns persönlich hat ein kleiner Kühlschrank gefehlt (Getränke kalt stellen). Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen inkl. Frühstück im Restaurant empfehlenswert. Zimmer und Hotel sind sauber. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

The staff were great from check in to check out. The location is ideal for walking everywhere, and they have large parking areas. The indoor pool is a nice touch to have when it’s late and you want to get out of your room. I forgot my adapters for my charging cable and they had them. The balcony’s in the room also smoking allowed. They also have a toy area for children which my daughter enjoyed. The restaurant is nice too, and the wait staff are very kind. Overall I will stay here again when I visit the Black Forest.

The front desk staff are very friendly, especially Martin M. (super helpful).

Gutes Essen im Restaurant. Nette Bedienung bei Frühstück und Dinner. Geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Betten waren angenehm.

Large (but dated) room with nice view. Friendly, but some details are missed. For example there were missing curtains and no soap was provided (just an empty bottle). The wifi worked only intermittently and was extremely slow when it did work.

Spacious room for 3pax. Convenient location - walkable to city centre. Great view from our room. Underground carpark is great as it was snowing when we visited the area.

Habitacion amplia, comoda, buena atencion del personal y la vista increible. Lo único que no ayuda, es el traslado (si piensas hacerlo a pie), una pendiente muy inclinada.
