Great room, awesome breakfast, kind service

Very nice hotel, situated at higher level with panoramic view of the Black Forest. Reasonable working distance to the attractions, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Good view from room Large space, clean, good food in restaurant, particular Cheese chicken , And taste breakfast . However the parking place is not plent enough I should be back at this hotel again

超棒的渡假飯店，晚餐也很棒

離火車站很遠需要坐taxi,但只要8歐元。5至6分鐘就到飯店。到飯店一定要坐taxi,千萬不要省錢，不然會累死人。 該飯店位在半山腰，離主街距離不到1公里，漫步行走欣賞風景就不覺遠｡特里堡很安靜觀光客少逛街很悠哉。餐廳少，但有1間大超市｡咕咕鐘是特里堡必買紀念品｡住黒森林區飯店鄀贈送黒森卡免費搭巴士火車至黒森林區其他小鎮｡這次是從法蘭克福汽車零件展結束後去，只住2夜稍嫌不足。黒森林區有太多美麗安靜小鎮，只好等下次再去囉！

Nice room but is a bit far from center

The location of best western is on the top of one small hill. The view is good from the room. The speed of free WIFI is OK. The only problem is that you have to pay for the parking garage daily so I have to park my car on the street.

The room was a great size and very clean! I don’t understand the lack of air conditioning as it was pretty warm when we arrived. When the temperature cooled at night the room temps dropped with the doors (to the balcony) open. The restaurant was fantastic for dinner! Downside: I’m not positive I’ve slept on a less comfortable bed in a very long time. It was stiff and lumpy. It’s a cool location for the views of Triberg. Free parking is very limited, though paid indoor was only €6. You can walk down to Triberg easily, the walk back up is a bit steep. Next time, I’d stay closer to the bottom. Great town to visit.

The staff was so helpful and kind. The room was beautiful. It was an easy walk to all the sights.

Hotellet var helt okej. Inget speciellt Rummet var stort. Jag tog dubbelrum. Däremot tycker jag att det är överpris att i förhållande till det man får Använde ej poolen så jag kan inte uttala mig om det

Really nice hotel with a good underground car park that was very secure. Friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed room and a good size. Bed was too firm for me though!

Der afenthalt war angenehm. Leider benutzen viele Leute 2 Parkingslots, weshalb man dann in der Garage kein Platz hat. Dafür kann das Hotel nicht, 10m entfernt kann man auch ausserhalb parken. Sehr freundliches Hotel. Kehren wieder zurück.

Fantastic stay, great value for money, location close to the centre of town, easy to walk there, steep climb back though. Staff really helpful. Highly recommended

I really liked this hotel. It had a lot of character and the staff was very helpful. My room was large, comfortable and had a balcony. The only drawback for me was that I didn't have a car and this hotel was a little far from bus stops and the city center.

Hotel liegt an ruhiger Lage, aber doch Nahe am Zentrum. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Tolle Zimmergrösse, wenn man als Familie reist. Uns persönlich hat ein kleiner Kühlschrank gefehlt (Getränke kalt stellen). Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen inkl. Frühstück im Restaurant empfehlenswert. Zimmer und Hotel sind sauber. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
