Very friendly staff Good location where is very close to Florence bus terminal Affordable price

The room was big and tidy, the reception staff was always kind to help. The problem was that at the night time u can hear people talking on streets and no lifts there. And there’s one thing quiet scary that a girl next door can use her key to enter our room though she’s not intended to get into our room... There’s one restaurant just located at the corner of the streets of this hotel, great food there and reasonable price;)

staff are helpful and nice, they offered much useful travel information.

the room is big and clean. It needs 20-25mins if you walk to cith center. The reception is nice too.

有些房間收不到飯店wifi

酒店整體不錯，距離地鐵站8-10分鍾左右，尚算方便。要注意的是女，如果自駕遊的話，不要停在酒店外的藍框，貌似那是給當地人用的。（我收到告票也沒辦法交罰款，當地警局竟然會不辦公）

It was quite nice overall, the beds were good, the staff was great, the washroom and shower separation was nice, the breakfast was ok, the location may have been my last favorite thing and with not much to do nearby.

Everything is perfect, the only think I didn't like is there was no soap in the toilet

Overall good place but very noisy with people slamming the doors all the time so not recommended for light sleepers. My wifi was also slow. But the property is clean and the location is nice

It was a quiet area in general, ok walk from train and to city. Big TV in room. No water other than on day 1. Was annoyed at 5am courtyard noise- scrapping chairs for example resonates up the floors

Very nice hostel with great staff and small but cozy 4-bed hostel rooms with sturdy bunk beds. Cleanliness was almost perfect, but the toilet was filling the water extremely slowly, so the hissing went for minutes. There are six 4-bunk bed rooms in the hostel. Towels cost 2 € to rent plus the deposit.

Väldigt fräscht hostel och bra läge med nära till allt. Ingick frukost som var över förväntan, otroligt prisvärt hostel!

Me gusto, maps te manda a otro sitio cerca pero con la direccion llegas. Ademas yo hubo un cambio en ek nombre de la propiedad yo reserve en Hotel Amadeus y al final se llamaba Sir Toby's. Estuve en habitaciin individual privada.

I stayed in the hostel style room, very clean and overall comfortable but unfortunately the curtain on the bed I was in did not fully close (it was the only one left so I couldn’t move). The room was also far too hot and there was no way to lower the temperature. The WiFi was also not working for the duration.

Not bad but kinda far to wolk to old town

offenbar hat das Hotel Amadeus den Betreiber gewechselt - es war, wie schon 2022, an einigen Stellen noch oder besser bereits wieder eine Baustelle. Die Handwerker waren aber so diskret tätig, dass es nicht störte. Besonders nett: nach dem Auschecken konnten wir das Gepäck noch einige Stunden im Hotel stehen lassen, was das nervige Anstellen an der Gepäckaufbewahrung des Hbf. ersparte und stattdessen noch viel Zeit zum Einkaufen ermöglichte. Den Fernseher im Zimmer, den es im vorigen Jahr noch gab, hat man wohl "eingespart". Das war das einzige Manko.
