Overall it’s a nice stay. Only hot water supply system had some trouble. But they repair it quickly.

This is a apartment will no front desk and no room services. We had stayed there for 5 nights and we requested for the change of towels and general cleaning on our 3rd night. The feed back from the host was that it was a self serve apartment and she only did that when we moved out. I don't know what kind of logic is that cause if we booked it night by night, she has to change the towels and do the cleaning anyway.

Excellent location with green and purple metro line just 30 seconds away. In the apartment you got everything like washing machine (without washing powder) and kitchen equipment. The apartment is clean and tidy. We are lucky to meet a lady who is cleaning the apartment to get the key, otherwise it maybe difficult to check in when we arrive. The apartment got two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. There are fans so even the weather is quite hot it's still ok.

Good Location, right next to metro station. Large apartment with everything we need especially the kitchen utensils. The apartment is clean and tidy. But one thing that can be improved is that the landlord can contact the guests in advance about the arrangement for taking the key.

L appartement est très beau, il y a tout ce qu il faut, tout est de qualité. L'appartement est très bien placé, à 2 minutes du métro, nous sommes à l Opéra en 15 minutes. Les hôtes sont disponibles et très gentils.

Très bel appartement et grand pour Vienne . très propre Quartier très tranquille et l’appartement est à coté d’une sortie de métro. Très facile pour visiter Vienne. Le café est offert un petit geste apprécié !

The apartment is very convenient to central spots in Vienna. very close to the metro and the tram that would take you to landmarks in the area. Apartment is big and clean. The laundry is a plus!! We did not cook but there is a kitchen that looks efficient.

Sehr komfortable Betten. Der Fahrstuhl fährt leider nur zur halben Treppe, so dass mit dem Kinderwagen noch Stufen überwunden werden müssen.

The property is in a great location for walking to many shopping and eating areas. Also close to public transit that made it easy to get all over Vienna and elsewhere. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

This was the second time we stayed at Hermine. Both apartment were fantastic with each a unique style. Sonja was excellent at communicating all the information, so that the second stay we felt like locals.

My friend and I felt as if we were at home. The kitchen was more than adequately equipped. The location was fantastic, next to the Metro. Communication with the hostess, Sonja, was fast and helpful.

Perfect for our needs. Three of us travelled together and the apartment was a great siz for us.

We enjoyed our stay in this very hospitable apartment and greatly appreciated the owners accommodation of our needs after arriving on a 3:00 am flight from Singapore. Thank you. It is well located and a short walk to the old city of Vienna and also near a train station. Excellent.

Only downfall was Cleanliness, uncomfortable pillows and lack of english TV for tourists. Everything else was good.

It was a nice and quiet neighborhood but walking distance from the city centre and less then a minute walk to the underground!!
