圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。

Flot hotel. Dog kun rengøring hver tredje dag (måtte ikke få rene håndklæder) og alle solsenge reserveres via et bookingsystem, hvilket gør man ikke bare kan tage en solseng.

We’ve been staying at the Santa Barbara for many years, and have written about it before. It’s still a lovely place to stay if you want the freedom of an apartment and don’t want to be too close to the main resorts. Whilst the hotel isn’t your normal all-inclusive, the staff are excellent, and the hotel itself is situated right next to a beautiful rugged coastline. The area is quiet, but there are plenty of places to eat and some charming villages, such as Los Abrigos and El Medano. Highly recommended

I’ve been to Santa Barbara before and returned because the team are super helpful, the accommodation is great value for money. The resort is kept super clean and you have everything you need nearby. The only thing I had a challenge with was that the aircon kept intermittently switching itself off so we had to keep resetting it. Apart from that fabulous all round and it didn’t spoil our holiday.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Umgebung. Direkt unterhalb gibt es einen wunderschönen Spazierweg am Meer. Das Hotel ist sauber, der Pool perfekt und es gibt regelmäßig Unterhaltung. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem schönen Balkon mit Meerblick. Super praktisch: eigener kleiner Supermarkt im Hotel und ein größerer sowie Restaurants nur ca. 20 m entfernt. Mit Mietauto sind Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas, Los Cristianos und Siam Park schnell erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Preis-Leistung wirklich top. Klare Empfehlung!

Very clean and people are really nice

Family room is very spacious. Features a sizeable kitchenette with everything you could need. Incredible views of the sea and overlooking the pool from the balcony. Great facilities (gym, laundrette and supermarket on site). Can’t fault this place!

Close to ocean walk and restaurants and small town. You need a car to stay there.

Average 3* hotel. Upon arrival, there was a distasteful smell around the reception area. Staff at check in was very helpful but after subsequent interactions with the staff seemed quite dismissive and less welcoming which was a shame. Room was clean and basic amenities provided but no general waste bin bags available. We were only staying 3 nights so we would not buy bin bags. Also no room service since we were only staying 3 nights. View from room was average.

Lovely apartment lost a star as arrived late due to cancelled flight and no restaurants, bars or facilities for food, even vending machine didn’t work. Only there for a night

It is an amazing place with warm and welcoming staff. Very clean with all the amenities inside the apartments. Totally recommend for all type of people for a safe stay.

Hotel room was great overlooking the ocean. The pool area seating was very crowded and busy every day. The restaurant was adequate - food good. Spa massage was not that great but OK. Great having a grocery store on site. Book exchange could have had a better selection in English!! Loved the proximity to the boardwalk.

We have been to Santa Barbara many times (we obviously like it) so knew what to expect. It is well located, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food and drink prices are reasonable albeit cheaper in local bars of which there are plenty. There’s a lovely beach walk to Los Abrigos where there is a fabulous fresh fish restaurant we would recommend. The bus stop is nearby with hourly services either way. There’s also several interesting golf courses. Being an aparthotel you can eat in if you want or to save money. We had breakfast in every day sitting on the balcony looking at the sea which was very pleasant.
