Shuttle was great.

Nice hotel with an easy location for night before a flight out. There were renovations during the day which were very noisy. Having known this, we would have booked the other Hilton which was actually a bit less expensive.

Perfect spot for just arriving into the country. Steff was amazing

Great location, very close to the airport

Very sad when you take advantage of guests and charge $150 for a simple breakfast for 4 people. You have to watch over your shoulder in this hotel because they are more interested in taking your money and overcharging than service.

Room was really clean.The internet works fine.We couldn't connect on Netflix to the t.V, but that wasn't a big deal. Overall nice Stay

They asked me to sign a paper acknowledging that construction was taking place on the property but the construction was happening in the room directly next to mine which was extremely annoying considering I had to work at the desk lining the wall where the banging was nonstop during my work hours. Plus Darcing charged my partner $700 for a deposit that we didn’t ask for I asked if we needed a deposit and instead of clarifying first she assumed we were volunteering a deposit for a room I was paying for in full. So charges had to be voided and it took 5 days for the funds to be returned instead of the 25-48 hours promised, while we’re in another country. The food was good and the staff in the restaurant was great the bar staff was also accommodating and friendly. The rooms next to construction need to also be out of commission until the works done and the hotel was empty enough where we could have been placed in another room further from that ruckus

Everybody was super helpful. I’d taken a red eye and planned to go there to rest for the day until my event the following day. Unfortunately they were doing construction on the floor above me and it was impossible to rest. They couldn’t change my room. It started up again at 8:00 am Saturday. Not really what you’d expect for a weekend getaway. The doors slam, so every time someone left the room it was a super loud slam allllll night. Other than that, restaurant was good room was clean.

The property is really nice, everything look neat and clean. The personnel is very polite and friendly. We just stayed one night for transit, but so far the best experience was during checking. Downside is the AA noise, not finding how to run hot water in the bathtub.

Food was great! And the pool area was beautiful

close to the airport but not loud. great rooms, good staff, great pool. great parking. Great shuttle in the early a.m. to make our flight. Highly recommend.

Long line to checkin and only 1 girl..The pool was closed had i known this i would have stayed at the other Hilton. I couldn’t use the air conditioner I ran it while at dinner and came back and the room had a bad oder after shutting it off the oder was better bout a hour later

Arrogant reception

Comfortable, clean, easy access with shuttle and convenient

They have connecting rooms, cribs and charger for EVs, which was perfect for us. But they forgot about reserving the connecting rooms for us, needed a “friendly” push to give them to us. Convenient spot.

Staff are great but would be nice if they could let you know when your room is ready instead of me having to go back to reception 3 times. They were doing work in the room above me, sounded like jack hammering (maybe removing bathroom tiles??) was so loud I could hear the tv at high volume. I had to complain twice and after an hour it finally stopped. There was no notification of construction. Restaurant food quality and wait staff was very good, however when I called for room service at 5pm (which is during their room service hours) I was rudely told not now and hung up on. I went down to the restaurant and they did appologize and take my order and deliver it to my room. Room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
