飯店內外是兩個截然不同的世界

I stayed five night and was think that the hotel is quite comfort even there is nothing beside the hotel. When I got the invoice when I check out, I found that there have three amount doesn't belong to me. I didn't order mutton but they charge me mutton. And charged me for two meal per night. All the bill doesn't have my signature as well and take half hour to delete those amount. However, when I get on the hotel car to airport, I double check again and found that there have one balance from other room transfered to me. I call the duty manager immediate and need him revise the invoice to me and refund the payment to my credit. He promised he will do it. However, after 3 days, I still didn't get any reply from them. I think I need to complain it to their HQ

Great hotel, easy access and very quiet. I felt safe walking around and the staff was super nice, attentive and always asking if we were ok, helped us a lot with the car booking and directions. I recommend this hotel a lot. My partner use the gym and he was happy with the equipment . Pool area is lovely and clean. The food was well presented and delicious !

The property was located conveniently to the conference venue at St. John’s and the shuttle was organized extremely well. There was a car service whenever I needed it. The Veranda, which was the restaurant that served buffet style and a la carte was very good. I would suggest not to order any beef dish when instructing that it be prepared rare, medium or medium rare, as the chef knows only well done.

Beautiful hotel with a friendly staff.

Not what I had expected from a supposed 5 star hotel. Very dated decor and limited facilites. One reason for choosing this hotel was the prominently promoted Pool and Poolside Bar and Restaurant Major disappointed to learn on arrival that these were under refurbishment. Annoyed that these features are still promoted in their website. Had I have known I should have booked elsewhere. I arrived at the hotel around 6.00...an early morning flight arrival. I expected an early check in charge but the receptionist slipped through a full nights charge. I discovered this and insisted upon it being reversed and a reguiar 50% charge being taken. Despite being a member of their loyalty scheme they were very inflexible.

Tucked away in a quiet residential part of Koramangala, this is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, quiet, and homely. I will stay here on every trip to Bangalore.

It was stated as a 5 star hotel. I would rather say it is a 3+ hotel.

Very poor service.

I'd previously visited this particular property for a family member's wedding and I got to experience staying here for close to 3 nights on an extended stay in May 2024. This is one of the first hotel rooms that feels like coming back to a cosy home/nest since they have a nice little kitchenette with induction stove tops and a microwave and essential vessels/cutlery. The A/C was maintainable at a decent room temperature - it is nestled in a very posh, quiet residential neighborhood and the dining options provide an optimal combination of Indian and Continental cuisine! Overall, consider me happy, pleased and very satisfied!

Nice property in a safe neighborhood. Quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance about 15 mins or so. A tad bit pricey but overall I was happy as safety as my top priority and proximity to where I needed to go.

A gem of a property, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, immune from the hustle and bustle of Koramangala's energy.

Very friendly personell, especially house keeping and restaurant staff. Very good restaurant food and breakfast.

Not the best staff and not well trained. Check in and out was a procedure and terrible security personal. In India no one walks around with their passport. They would not let me daughter in after she showed them her passport on the phone plus a drivers licence. They argued with us in the lobby. Never going there again.
