Simple, clean, convenient place to stay. Close to the city centre, restaurant and the station. Breakfast is good and enough but without being special.

Hotel is far from Reims center around 15mins walk. Room is big, clean & comfortable, but no twin bed provided. Very good breakfast. Parking at hotel needs to make reservation otherwise other a private car park locates beside hotel.

The breakfast is good, typical Novotel breakfast. There are two restaurants nearby, but both are closed during our stay. So we need to go to the city center to get our dinner. It's less than ten minutes, so still ok for us.

I stayed for 5 nights for a work trip and was very comfortable. The location is great, close to the train station and the tram and bus stops. I didn't do breakfast at the hotel and there were also no cafes nearby and open early. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There are no cute/scenic views, I was on the second floor. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, the amenities, like bar with a small menu open late and the water bottle filling station in the lobby were helpful.

Très bon accueil et grande chambre mais franchement la salle de bain est vétuste sent l’humidité et à des moisissures au plafond … Je ne trouve pas que cet hôtel mérite ses 4 étoiles 😒

A typical chain hotel experience, you get what you expect. Clean room, comfortable bed. Full stop. Nothing to get excited about. Rooms are boring and standardised. Breakfast is a commodity, no local produce, pure chain standard. If you're looking for a night's sleep, this is it. If you're looking for a local experience, not for you.

Hotel terrível. Descarga do banheiro não funciona direito. Odor desagradável vindo do vaso sanitário. Estacionamento com poucas vagas e sem disponibilidade. Péssima experiência. Localização ruim.

Chambre propre même si un paquet de mouchoirs était resté derrière le pied du lit à notre arrivée. Nous ne pouvons pas donner notre avis sur le petit-déjeuner car nous ne l’avons pas pris.

Les chambres sont vraiment de belle qualité. Les suites avec la grande table pour travailler, c'était super!

Great location—walking distance to restaurants and the train station. Facilities are nice, and staff were friendly. However, the bathroom smelled strongly of urine, which was absolutely disgusting.

Quarto amplo, muito limpo

The hotel was what you would expect from a Novotel (quite nice rooms), but unfortunately the rooms were incredibly hot- 26oC plus with all the windows open, which made it really hard to sleep, and far too hot for our baby. We had two of the worst nights sleep of our trip here which dampened the experience. The hotel staff tried to help by changing rooms but the room was the same - they didn’t actually follow through and solve the issue. Breakfast was average. Overall a disappointing stay.
