早餐超棒，有三種米可選擇，多樣菜色，每樣都深得我心，菜色營養豐富，唯一不足的是房間內垃圾桶都沒有垃圾袋，造成我們不知道該如何丟垃圾

無法幫忙清洗布品讓我很錯愕，酒店自己的床單、毛巾也不少，卻無法幫忙清洗，覺得很失望。

房間非常寬敞

房間供應物品很優質 由於是 三人房間 ，所以空間不是太闊落， 但較一般日日本酒店寬敞 舒適, 能夠在玄關位置 安放及打開兩個 29吋的大型行李。 所有員工 很友善和專業， 雖然提早 到達酒店，員工也能安排 替我們 辦理check in。 酒店對面有停車場，每天24小時收費是800 yen，可以無限次出入， 酒店步行至新潟站 大約 十五分鐘， 位置也 不錯 ，整體住宿感覺滿意和優良， ANA的品牌 是信心首選!

Nice staffs provide excellent services, location is acceptable. room size is big in Japan.

環境比較寧靜，但交通不太方便， 如果酒店有免費或收費穿梭巴士， 往來新潟駅會更好。 能夠延遲一小時退房時間更佳。

Breakfast is excellent! Many varieties. International and Japanese. Curry rice is nice. French toast is very soft inside, nice. Croissant is nice. Fresh juice is nice. Soup is nice. Pork chop is excellent. Everything in breakfast is very good. Out of my expectation. Room is ok. Normal standard in Japan. Service and staffs are friendly and helpful. They can listen and speak English little bit. This is my first time in Niigata.

飯店人員親切專業，早餐豐盛，房間在水準之內。距離新潟車站走路約10分鐘，這距離以拖著行李來說已經算吃力了，不過也因為這樣離中央購物區以及萬代魚市場也都算近。

an exceptional big room in japan. a little bit of walk from the jr station, but it's good for drivers because there's a lot of parking space. good view. very cozy. clean and tidy. staffs are very helpful and help us put the luggage to the room, which is not common in japan hotels.
