The room was clean and the tub was good, took about two hours to fill up but it was good.

We book d this because of the large tub, it was falling apart. The spout was practically falling out, no good way to close the bottom to keep water in and it would have taken 5 hours to fill because they have added a water flow restrictor. The pool was another plus when choosing and it was closed when we arrived for maintenance. That was frustrating. The only plus was Julie at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She was great.

We went into two rooms one had someone’s cases in and the other somebody had slept in. And the rooms smelt

Needs a lot of work updates. The jacuzzi was not working and they didn’t have another room for me. So I paid for a room with jacuzzi that didn’t work.

Great place

The breakfast choices were good, public areas were clean, beds were very comfortable.

I can't complain about the location, it was close to the beaches and restaurants. But the water from the faucet smells very strange. And we have to use the stairs, the elevator wasn't working well. Not other concerns the price was reasonable.

Staff was very accommodating

Staff was nice and it was extremely clean, definitely will be coming back!

Service personnel is very pleasing and attentive.
