Excellent Brilliant Gorgeous Friendly Unique

It’s just basic if you need somewhere to stay for the night. Bed was comfy for me but my partner felt otherwise. The room was quite dusty and the windows / windowsill could do with a proper clean (the whole room including bathroom too). The door keys can be a little dodgy. They do provide towels and your basic, tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets. This comes with some mugs, no spoons or stirrers and, I wouldn’t recommend using the kettle, I had a feeling before I opened it that I wasn’t going to use it. It BADLY needs descaling, the water that was still inside, was cloudy and white. If you just need a bed for the night, last minute, then it’s fine. But apart from that it was below average.

I was not there i booked and due to some reasons i have arranged to go out of london i tried to cancell my booking but non refundable cancellation is not allowed how the bad service is this seriously in london city area hotels are like that bad experience.

Awful service hot and dirty:. Checked in and literally left my room card within 15 minutes at reception to leave as couldn't even handle checking out

Horror!!! Um 2:45 in der Nacht stand ein Mann in unserem Zimmer. Sehr beängstigend. Es war schrecklich und wir konnten uns lange nicht beruhigen. Diese Unterkunft sollte geschlossen werden.

Wouldn’t stay again , bad condition!

Room was clean bed was comfortable Tea and coffee was provided trains were moisy. But overall good value for50 pound would come again

The towels had a weird smell to them, and the room was not really taken care of. The area around it was probably the best thing about this place, right next to Turnham station, easy to get access to all over London

Awful disturbing night finally came to an end. Was hoping for some rest before exam but sadly was the worst ever experience. Wouldn't recommend it

This is a very cheap hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are basic and functional, there is no level of comfort. I called to reception to ask about heating on the second night and they said they would send someone up. They didn't - and I had to sleep in my coat as it was so cold and drafty. There was an amenities tray with tea bags, not refreshed after the first day I used it. Bed linen is sheets and a thicker cover over the top, not a duvet. The location is super convenient for Turnham Green tube, and Chiswick High Road. Staff not visible at any time, reception unmanned. If you want a cheap basic room, it will be fine.

Stay was fine, functional, did what it said in the tin! Would stay again, I had earplugs as room room was beside underground line but it was not an issue for me.. comfortable bed and friendly reception person when I say them, no one on reception full time but there is a number to call.

Non abbiamo avuto istruzioni per il check-out. La stanza era sporca, il bagno non vi dico. Molto piccola, non riuscivamo a muoverci. Veramente tanto rumorosa, le pareti sembrano fatte di carta. Si sentono le persone nell’altra stanza e anche la metro che passa affianco. Non c’è la pulizia della stanza quindi come la lasciate la ritrovate.

Very uncomfortable to stay The bathroom was very small You can hear the underground trains all night and also u can hear whatever other people are doing in other rooms

Located in a lively neighborhood, very close to transportation the hotel offers clean room nice beds but the rooms are quite small and lack a desk and a chair for the travelling professional

No one on reception have to wait and make calls to get hold off key Hygiene was zero

Right next to the Turnham Green Station, it wasnt as loud as people make it out to be, next to a beautiful park. Staff was super friendly and gave us everything we asked for (more towels) and always made sure we had everything we need. It wasn't the cleanest but i specifically checked for any signs of bugs or insects and there was nothing. in general a nice stay, cheap and simple.

If you need a cheap place to stay it'll do, next time there's a concert on in London I'll be back here 🤘😎

For the price it was good on short notice.

This is a very basic hotel. It is beside a railway bridge with trains constantly all night. VERY NOISY Tired cheap decor. OVERPRICED But it did have clean sheets and towels. Can’t believe it is 3 star, as with bathroom and tv must be the only reason, should be 1 star. Sink is behind toilet so impossible to use. Cannot recommend.

The room was ok, probably needs a refurb and bringing up to date, it was clean enough but not sure if they cleaned my room. For the money in that area I didn’t expect anything more to be honest, the rail way was next to my room so was a little noisy but it didn’t faze me or wake me up until it was time to get up
