Staff made us feel comfortable and safe

Friendly staff , clean all over the place with the best breakfast

Very pleasant overnight stop - food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent, I found the staff very attentive and considerate. Beds very comfortable.

It was once again a pleasant stay and good value for money since it was within a walking distance of two major shopping malls and a park for entertainment

It use to be a nice place. Had a cable along the doors of the rooms with cameras for security plus two officers down the stairs.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Great welcome from management and superb service.

Exceptional service from the team at this hotel made our see stay really special. It is hard for an hotel chain to make a visit feel personal but from check-in to bar and dinner and breakfast, service was professional, friendly and welcoming. Well done to the whole team. Special mention for Selereko who was outstanding.

Room was tiny and stuffy. The shower was 0.5 meters from the bed. You could hear everything going on around and above. The water, both shower and sink, smelled of salt and fish. I felt disgusting after showering. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, but the room was horrid. I have stayed at dozens of Marriotts and never experienced something so ridiculous.

There was a lot of small gaps in service. My table being cleared while I was getting food then I lost the table and there were non left, I was standing with my food and nowhere to eat it. Trying to print documents which took over two hours, many small things Marriot hotels should have sorted.

The pictures did it more justice than the stay .. dated and not good finishes with what was updated
