相比起七年前入住，今次房間與職員態度都比上一次差

Room is not that big, but room is very cozy. You can't find such a nice hotel with excellent service in downtown. Staffs there are very friendly not like typical French. Highly recommend!

步行即可到凱旋門、香榭麗舍大道，非常方便。是一間兩棟外觀不同的旅店，有設計感。房間空間很小，但很精巧。早餐樣式簡單，服務親切。

整个旅行中最满意的酒店，也是第一个酒店，让我以为我后面订的酒店也都是这个水准，其实我想多了… 地点方便，凯旋门附近，m1出来走路就到，到各景点也相当方便，服务人员都很热情，有问必答！房间略小，不过设施齐全，对于中国人来说，虽然没有热水壶，但是要热水都会单独给你，有求必应！推荐的地方，下次还是会选择hidden

Good in general, but space of room is tiny and not as new as expected

The room was so elegant and beautiful. The staff were so helpful and were able to hold our bags for us until our train left. The breakfast was impeccable. The air conditioning was wonderful! Beautiful space!

L’emplacement est vraiment le gros point fort de cet hôtel : idéal, parfaitement situé et très pratique pour visiter Paris ou se déplacer. C’est un vrai plus. En revanche, j’ai été un peu déçue de découvrir que ma chambre se situait dans le bâtiment annexe. Il fallait sortir sur le trottoir pour rejoindre sa chambre, puis refaire le chemin inverse pour accéder à la réception ou au petit-déjeuner. C’est un point qui mériterait d’être précisé, surtout lorsque, comme moi, on apprécie de descendre prendre son petit-déjeuner tranquillement en chaussons. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais assez simple, avec un choix plus limité que dans d’autres hôtels de cette catégorie. Ma chambre était agréable, même si la salle de bain était un peu sombre. En revanche, il faisait très froid à mon arrivée, la climatisation soufflait très fort et il a fallu un moment pour retrouver une température confortable. Le personnel de l’accueil a été aimable et professionnel, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour s’est bien passé grâce à l’emplacement exceptionnel, mais je n’ai pas eu de véritable coup de cœur pour cet hôtel. Je ne pense donc pas y revenir.

The hotel is in a great location which allowed us to navigate Paris easily for our first time in the city. Hidden Hotel is small but quaint. The property and rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. There are not a lot of extras, but it was perfect for what we were looking for. I'd definitely stay again.

Calme , propre et confortable

Great Location, tucked away on a quiet street very close to the Arch de Triomphe. A wonderful concept with a very relaxed vibe. Staff were amazing! The rooms and deco very calming. Loved all the leather and wood!

Amazing Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought communication would be a a challenge but it wasn’t.

The Internet was great, Staff is excellent and very helpful. Toma, IJal & Akash took great care of all our needs. Air conditioning was marvelous. The Hidden hotel is true to its name, hidden and tucked away in a quiet small street in a busy area around it with everything in a stones throw distance, from grocery stores to Pharmacies and not to mention Cafe's & Brasserie's. Highly recommend

My wife and I stayed for one night and it was a great experience! Not too far from all the sight seeing locations and the room was comfortable. It did smell a tad like cigarettes, but it was very clean and the staff were very kind.
