相比起七年前入住，今次房間與職員態度都比上一次差

very stylish design n very nice service, but room is quite small but could be understand in this heart area of Paris.

Room is not that big, but room is very cozy. You can't find such a nice hotel with excellent service in downtown. Staffs there are very friendly not like typical French. Highly recommend!

步行即可到凱旋門、香榭麗舍大道，非常方便。是一間兩棟外觀不同的旅店，有設計感。房間空間很小，但很精巧。早餐樣式簡單，服務親切。

整个旅行中最满意的酒店，也是第一个酒店，让我以为我后面订的酒店也都是这个水准，其实我想多了… 地点方便，凯旋门附近，m1出来走路就到，到各景点也相当方便，服务人员都很热情，有问必答！房间略小，不过设施齐全，对于中国人来说，虽然没有热水壶，但是要热水都会单独给你，有求必应！推荐的地方，下次还是会选择hidden

Great Location, tucked away on a quiet street very close to the Arch de Triomphe. A wonderful concept with a very relaxed vibe. Staff were amazing! The rooms and deco very calming. Loved all the leather and wood!

Amazing Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought communication would be a a challenge but it wasn’t.

The Internet was great, Staff is excellent and very helpful. Toma, IJal & Akash took great care of all our needs. Air conditioning was marvelous. The Hidden hotel is true to its name, hidden and tucked away in a quiet small street in a busy area around it with everything in a stones throw distance, from grocery stores to Pharmacies and not to mention Cafe's & Brasserie's. Highly recommend

My wife and I stayed for one night and it was a great experience! Not too far from all the sight seeing locations and the room was comfortable. It did smell a tad like cigarettes, but it was very clean and the staff were very kind.

De kamer was schoon, mooi en netjes ingericht. Op een fijne locatie!

Pros: -Great location. ~5min walk to the metro adjacent to the Arc de Triomphe and to the Champs Elysee. -Quiet! Very well positioned on a side street away from the constant police sirens. We did not hear them from our room at all. -Very nice front desk staff. Cons: - unfortunately our room (Emotion Terasse) was in need of some significant upkeep: really gross stains on the walls of the WC; the terrace, which we looked forward to using, was in need od some work: furniture and deck were badly worn/splintered and in need of a good cleaning; room walls in general needed some cleaning/fresh coat of paint. -Houskeeping left something to be desired: despite having our room cleaned each day during a 4 night stay, they failed to refresh to tissues, toilet paper, and shower gel, causing us to have to request from the front desk. Also, we left at 7:30AM one morning, hung the tag to have our room made up, only to return at 3:30pm to an uncleaned room. To summarize, the hotel was good, and perhaps we might consider staying again. Unfortunately it did not live up to its stellar ratings on Expedia.
