SERA MI HOTEL FAVORITO EN PLAYA

Property was fairly close to everything, staff were excellent, rooms have no drawers or coffee makers etc. but were clean. Community kitchen is by the pool outside, fridge worked as did microwave and stove, they have a toaster oven as main stove oven didn’t appear to be working. They could’ve used some more cutlery. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here with 3 others in the double deluxe room for college spring break. Hotel was perfect for the price. Nearby everything (shops, 7/11, food), and close enough to the beach/fifth avenue without being too loud. Staff were kind and rooms were cleaned daily. We booked the shuttle to the airport through them as well. Would definitely reccomend

We arrived home from our holiday to Mexico and whilst unpacking we realised that we were missing several of our small souvenirs. Whilst the monetary value of these items was relatively low we have lost part of our holiday memories. After reviewing where and how these items could have been lost the only possibility is that they were taken by a member of staff for resell. We have since looked at several other reviews of this hotel by other customers who experienced losses but the hotel are quick to try and deflect the blame back at the guests.

Basic but clean. Good shower. Good location for walkability. Room was quiet despite a Carnaval concert a few blocks away. Cleaning staff were very careful with our stuff and front desk was helpful. Off street parking is right in front of the hotel and was easy. Although we did end up getting a small dent in the car while parked there.

La habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. El personal super amable, la ubicación excelente por su cercanía a la quinta avenida y pero con la suficiente distancia para que el ruido de los antros no alcance a llegar al hotel.

Nice and clean hotel not far from ferry and ADO bus! But enough from the noise of busy 5th avenue! Very kind and helpfull statf. Big and simple room with little balcony and great pool!

This was my fourth stay at Hotel LunaSol and it was terrific once again. The service is friendly, the housekeeping is attentive and the grounds are peaceful considering we're in the middle of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for travellers looking for a genuine PDC experience.

Good central location - balcony room facing the street and ocean is very noisy from street traffic and music below. Almost impossible to sleep at night.

Great value hotel. Hard to beat for the price and location. Just close enough where everything is within walking distance but just far enough from the clubs so you can’t hear them. The staff was very friendly throughout my stay. Off-street parking was very convenient. Rooms were very large and clean; they were a bit dated, but for the price, can’t really complain. Main downside were the mosquitos in the room, but I know it’s hard to control. Other than that, can’t beat the value so I would definitely stay here again!

Pillows are to my liking. Friendly staff. Nice bathroom. Just fine after coming from 5 star for 5 nights to something more affordable to make our vacation a full week. Go to mamamitas beach by taxi for a day instead of the one 3 blocks away.

This was a wonderful place to stay. If you are looking for a High-End Tourist Experience, this is not it. It's a basic CLEAN hotel. However, it had what many hotels lack: a friendly atmosphere that made it seem like home. Whether coming or going, the staff always gave me a friendly smile & asked if I needed anything. I really didn't want to leave! Quiet is HIGH on my list and it was great. I also enjoyed the fact that the street was a nice, normal street and not filled with roaming drunk tourists. It was an easy walk to all of my destinations. The WiFi wasn't working at the station in my room, but I was able to connect to another on the list -- not always the strongest signal, so if you're working remotely, this might not be the best choice. It was fine for what I needed, however. There wasn't a hair dryer in my room, but the receptionist was able to provide one for me, as well as a large umbrella on the days that it poured rain. I was disappointed to find out that breakfast was not available as stated in the ad, however, coffee was prepared and available every morning near reception. For breakfast, there's a very affordable and cute place right on the corner. The pillows were a little too hard, so I think they should invest in a few soft ones to give guests a choice. The pool and patio area were lovely. Lots of interesting and beautiful plants. SUPER relaxing. I will definitely consider coming here again.

Hotel semplice ma pulito, in posizione comoda con personale gentilissimo, sempre pronti ad aiutarci. Il servizio di acqua purificata sempre disponibile e il caffè/te al mattino sono stati molto utili. Torneremmo sicuramente.
