這是間不到30年的公寓旅館，老闆很親切，很熱情，像家裡的長輩管家。房客有任何要求，都會盡力滿足房客。像我要趕飛機到機場，前一個房客三點三十分出發到機場，我則4時五十分出發，老闆好像都在迎賓櫃台，跟您說聲歡迎再來住，很好的服務品質。

A notre arrivée il ont dit qu'il avait bien reçu le paiement mais qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre après 15 minutes il nous ont trouvé une très petite chambre la television ne fonctionnait pas que quelqu'un allait venir réparer à 21h30 il n'est jamais venu (manqué la partie du CH) je vais garder un très mauvais souvenir de l'hôtel du voyageurs 847 sherbrooke est montreal...

The beds were uncomfortable, there was noise from upstairs late at night, and the window faced a dirty alleyway. The closet was also filled with air conditioners and construction materials. Overall, the hotel did not feel clean or relaxing.

Everything is not comfortable 😏 I left it at 10 pm.

Clean room, efficient checkin, older quaint room but well cared for. Walking distance to some of Montréals best shops, Mount Royal, and of course Schwartzs deli. Thinner older doors let sound travel so keep that in mind as i saw complaints in other reviews. All in all it was my little home away from home for 2 days and i liked it

No heat other than a space heater in the room. Lobby was a mess. It was being painted, which could be understandable but there was no signage, warning or any measure at all. Worth spending a little more to find a better spot if you can.

I liked it honestly the guy in the reception was helpful and good to us It’s an affordable hotel with nice and walkable area to downtown Clean and comfortable

Getting into the hotel, I felt like I was deceived by Expedia listing this as a hotel. It's just like a mere bread and breakfast (even though no breakfast was provided) type of accommodation. The condition of the room was terrible, and the elevator was very scary - each stop felt like a sudden drop from a height. A terrible smell was coming from the washroom when we arrived in the room. A lot was wrong with this place.

The entrance/hallways are not indicative of the rooms themselves (old and rundown) but the room itself was clean and updated it was an old rooming house I believe . Great air conditioning and decent space. Asked for and received a mini fridge and kettle. No room service or cleaning between nights unless you pay extra. Overall the location was perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants and the metro. Would stay again as price and location (and cleanliness) was sufficient.

이렇게 까지 지저분한 숙소는 처음입니다. 샤워커튼이 밑에 부분이 갈색으로 물곰팡이가 엉겨붙어서 딱딱하게 굳어있어서 펼쳐지지가 않았습니다. 침대 시트에는 모래가 있어서 털고 겨우 잘수있었습니다. 그리고 호텔에서 안내해준 길가에 주차를했는데 차량안에 있던 물품을 도둑 맞았습니다. 주말이라 300불정도에 예약했는데 너무 처참한 경험을하여 다시는 이곳에 오고 싶지않습니다.

The a/c wasn’t strong enough. But the room was tidy and clean. The rooms don’t get replenished/cleaned daily.

We didn’t even check in. That’s how bad it was once we walked inside the doors. We even got a bad vibe from outside. Nothing like the pictures. Terrible do not recommend

Bed bugs i slept in my car

The budling itself is obviously older and can seem "sketchy" to people at first glance but it is a nice hotel. When I entered the lobby there were some trash bags with what I assumed was sheets in the corner which caught me off guard but check in was very quick and the staff was very kind and informative! The elevator up to the room is also obviously old but is clean and functions well. The room that I booked was a 1 bedroom for me and a friend of mine. It was very clean and the bed had 0 stains, hair, or anything of concern and was pretty comfy! The bathroom was shockingly clean! I am very easily freaked out by hotel bathroom. So much so that even bathrooms at Best Westers or other higher quality hotels have grossed me out. This bathroom though was thoroughly cleaned and had nothing gross about it to me which is HUGE! The room and bathroom are very small in size and the doors are quite sticky but overall the experience was great! An easy 4/5 stars! (My friend had seen some horrible reviews of the place from 5-3 months before our stay and we were worried about the experience but we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel really stepped up their cleaning!!)
