We had stayed previously and it was OK. This time we initially got a rundown room that was smaller than my previous stay. It had a laminate floor that was lifting. The hot-water system was not working, so had a cold shower before going to dinner. Apon returning we were told it could not be fixed, so we could move rooms. Not what we really wanted to do after getting back from dinner. The first room shown was another very rundown room. The second room we were shown was much smaller but was in good condition with nice tiles for flooring. So we settled for the smaller room. Then we found the hot-water system intermittently worked. Called about the hot water and it was working when she arrived. It failed to work again when going for a shower. Called front desk again. We discovered it seemed to work if the hot tap was turned on fully. When going for another shower, even turning it on fully did not get the hot water working. I never got to have a shower with hot water for the duration of my stay. And also had to settle for a small room because the other rooms were rundown. Breakfast was OK.

It was really great staying there. The staff are very responsive and friendly. The room is clean with a very nice balcony. I recommend it.

Wifi issues and incomfortable bed. Postive point is that it is quite spacious
