Good

My stay was superb! Staff were super welcoming and pleasant- aways wearing a bright smile. The room was very spacious and had enough area to chill. I loved how welcomed you all made me feel when I entered my room and saw my name on the Television. The breakfast was ok. More food choice would have been appreciated as I never had much to choose from, especially that I can be a picky eater. But overall the experience was great, and ambiance. I would definitely recommend.

Staff was great. There was a little hiccup with some smell, which was another guest's fault, but they were very quick and diligent to fix everything. It was just the wife and I, but we saw many families staying too. I’ll definitely stay with them next time.

The good: Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. The no so good: Bathroom was dated and run down, tub was stained. Headboards had big greasy looking stains above the pillows. Beds were extremely noisy, just a simple rollover woke up everyone. Pull out couch was horrible, I know pullouts are typically not comfortable but this one was the worst, mattress was paper thin and you could feel every bar or lump under it. Couch cushions were also stained and badly ripped. Definitely not a $200+/night hotel room.

All was good, do bad the EV charger falter shortly after it started. But not hotel’s fault

The staff was very helpful and made accomodations for an early check in so that I could be ready for my Mother's wedding.

We usually love our stays at the Hampton Inn however this time it wasn't great. The hotel had leaks from the ceiling with buckets, the water would hit the bucket and splash on the floor. One of the elevators weren't in service.. but the elevator wasn't locked, in fact it would open. The bathroom in our room hard dust all over the tub skirt. Our fridge just stopped working, which ruined all our food inside. When I brought it to the front desk attention at check out they just wrote it down. Didnt offer anything, and for $1 100.00 for a 3 night stay, thats expensive and now we are out that food aswell. The breakfast was subpar.. the sausages tasted like they went bad otherwise it was a normal hotel breakfast. Parking lot is tight too, not alot of spots. Hopefully when we visit a Hampton Inn in the future its not this bad.

Would use again. Ample parking. Clean good sized room with pleasant leafy window view. Included breakfast with limited but reasonable selection. Check-in slow due to alleged computer down. No room safety deposit box. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Registration process awkward...separate for each of two rooms. Making reservations was difficult. Should be able to contact the hotel directly. Price fluctuations from site to site and day to day make it seem to the customer that you are being ripped off.

Door slamming woke us up throughout the night. They need to have soft closures installed

The room was clean, the Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was ample.

We left the room for 8 hours and they did not clean, make the bed, replace amenities or give us coffee for the next day. We were disappointed by this.

Very nice

The walls in the room, especially the bathroom, were dirty. Splashes of... dirt and droplets everywhere. There wasn't really anywhere to hang a hand or face towel im the bathroom, either. The doors of the rooms were the worst part of the whole thing. Every door slammed loudly when it closed, and blocked about as much sound as a piece of paper. I could hear doors slamming all up and down the hall whenever anyone went in or out of their room. There were loud teenagers in the room next to me, slamming in and out of their room, screaming and running up and down the hall for about 4 hours one day. I could hear everything going on in the hall, including the staff swearing and complaining about their scheduling, and the loud walkie-talkie the cleaners were using to communicate. The room and furniture was fine and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff who checked me in, Rico, was the best part of the experience. He was friendly and helpful. I stay in a lot of hotels for work, and while this was passable, I'd never choose this hotel again.

Clean and staff super friendly with an early to-go breakfast in a bag for the road. Nice bonus!
