Hospedagem muito agradável

The hotel is a bit old, but still nice. They need to change the bath tub, as it is very old and doesn’t look too appealing to go in… Food in the main restaurant is VERY delicious. Main hall (the lobby) has a strange smell. To me it smells like toilet paper, or some kind of old smell, not sure what it is, but it is not so pleasant. Swimming pool is gorgeous. Apart of the above, it is really a beautiful hotel, in the middle of the forest.

A beautiful, clean hotel with a great restaurant and helpful staff in a relaxing and lovely setting. I hope to be able to return some day.

Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, recepção também, não nos informou nada, tivemos que voltar lá várias vezes para saber onde ficavam as piscinas quentes, horários do café e etc… a vista e a estrutura são incríveis, porém uma diária acima de mil reais pede um café da manhã melhor.

Sensacional, tem piscinas aquecidas em torno do hotel e com vista para o Rio Iguaçu, café da manhã maravilhoso e quarto sensacional, é literalmente na floresta

El servicio en el bar/restaurante muy bueno. Pedi la pesca del día ahumada y estuvo delicioso.

Breakfast was very good, the staff was excellent, I would stay again.

This is a -once-great property, somewhat tired looking now - positives are amazing location/ in the middle of forests/ river. But service quality- food - restaurants- competency of restaurant staff is not good ; value to quality is 3; no proper coffee in the rooms; water is supplied in modest bottles, even a basic water bottle is extra

Habitación limpia, no hay nada cerca pero no hace falta

Stayed at Loi 2 nights in a superior room. It is difficult to find high end hotels in the Iguazu area unless you stay at the Gran Melia for double or even triple Loi's nightly rates. Do not expect luxury here. While Loi advertises as 5* it certainly is missing the qualities and details of a high end resort. It really is a 4*. As an example, there were many things broken in our superior room: blinds in bathroom, tub very worn out, lamp shades by bed crooked and loose. We complained twice to house keeping about the toilet getting clogged. Curtain loops are torn. Restaurant seats had stains... With that said, the location is beautiful and pool area with tiki bar is very nice. I wish management paid attention to details, with the right care and some refurbishing this could be a marvelous hotel given its location. Stay here if you are OK to settle for less and to receive decent accommodations without the luxury.

Hotel muito bonito e gostoso, porém pelo valor da diária não deveriam cobrar 45 dólares para sauna e a academia não tinha nada , muito ruim. Restaurante também bem fraco.
