The apartment was very nice. The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive to detail. Unfortunately the mattress in the apartment was not comfortable and old. The reception staff did not provide accurate information about the replacing of the towels and the cleaning the apartment.

Alles was in orde. Bedden werden iedere dag opgemaakt.

Solsängarna var hemska, totalt utslitna. Trodde poolen skulle vara uppvärmd. Inga handdukar som ingick till poolen, även på rummet fick man inte tillräckligt med handdukar.

Excellent Property with fully furnished kitchenette. Great AC, parking, walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Great staff and service. My only suggestion for improvement is a heated pool

Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen gemischten Eindruck. Das Frühstück war mir persönlich zu englisch geprägt und es fehlte etwas an Abwechslung. Auch das Abendessen konnte mich nicht wirklich überzeugen – teilweise war es leider kalt und eher fade gewürzt. Sehr positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Pool, der wirklich super ist. Allerdings halten sich viele Gäste nicht an die dort geltenden Regeln, was den Aufenthalt etwas stört. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist die Lage: Das Hotel liegt recht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, ohne Auto ist man hier ziemlich verloren. Sehr loben möchte ich aber das Personal – durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt also Stärken beim Service und Pool, aber Schwächen bei Küche und Lage.

Room was clean, done every other day. Hotel staff not very friendly. Very noisy AC makes it hard to have a sound sleep. The curtains not completely the blackout ones. Apart from that the space is very good

While they have an electric car charger, it didn't work for my car. The front desk could not assist. They offer no pool/beach towels. Sheets are not changed daily, but they simply make the beds and take out the garbage. The pool has no lifeguards.

C'était bien et l'extérieur était accueillant mais les appartements n'étaient pas aussi propre et bien entretenus que souhaité. Le sofa était très sale et nous avons dû mettre une couverture pour que les enfants puissent y jouer. C'est 3 1/2 étoiles pour nous. Personnel très charmant et accueillant.

The best part of this property was the staff! The staff was incredible with our kids treating my daughter like a princess! Location Amenities and overall stay was amazing!

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und ein gutes Zimmer für 3 Personen. Morgenbuffet war ok, aber nichts besonderes.

Food was the lowest quality, super limited choices, the apartment was dirty, not properly cleaned.

Good a lil above average standard considering all amenities available at the hotel. Incl laundry services, full equipped pantry and kitchen, indoor and outdoor pools. Playing and arcade areas and a lil shop. Breakfast buffé just average. Appreciated the fresh fruits. Overall a good place with easy excess if you have your own car. Could be cleaner and good if pool towels were incl into your roomcost.
