酒店位于艾尔帕索市中心，出行比较方便，无论是去各大购物中心还是奥特莱斯，沿着10号公路向东或者向西都是可以轻松到达的。酒店的房间宽敞，大床舒服，配备的健身房不大，但是器材基本上可以满足一般人都健身需求。露天游泳池相当不错，只不过这里白天太热，建议清晨或者傍晚去体验。另外的福利便是每天可以从前台领取免费的矿泉水以及好吃的曲奇饼干，这点让我印象深刻。还有就是附近的艾尔帕索历史博物馆，以及市中心的棒球/足球运动场，都是步行几分钟即可到达。最后，两棵树酒店还提供免费停车服务，这在市中心还是相当的超值的。酒店的早餐分为自助和点单两种，我更加推崇自助。总之如果你来艾尔帕索旅游，出差，果断5⭐推荐希尔顿两棵树。

The AC was not working properly. The restaurant smelled like sewage. The reception staff was extremely nice.

You didn't use or handle cash, being a cashless hotel is not good.

The property was not clean. Carpet was dirty, by the door and by the fridge. The drapes were torn. The door to the pool was broken. The tv didn’t work. The tech was called then it was fixed then we left the room came back and the volume didn’t work again. I left a towel and called them left my number and they never called me to say they found it or didn’t. The frames in the room had been broken one had a glass frame and other was without a glass.

Horribly ran and dirty with leaking plumbing.

The lack of towels provided, there is no USB ports to charge any type of phone or tablet, and got stuck on the elevator. The building needs more maintenance.

I liked the friendly employees. The room is very nice and clean. What i didn’t like was that there is no fridge or microwave. No complimentary breakfast either. No free WiFi. The parking lot is very crowded and there’s a lot of junk on the upper two sections. It even looks dangerous. The location is very good, close to a lot of restaurants. The view was very nice too

I was pretty comfortable at the hotel. I just wanted to get some rest and it work out pretty well. Quit and friendly and nice view far from other hotels..

Terrible maintenance in elevators, I got stuck for about 10 minutes and nobody came to my aid, it just was limited.

The cafe associated with the property never opened the entire time I was there. There were rips in bedskirt. And while not a showstopper, the lack of attention to making the room look pristine was definitively disappointing for a Hilton Property. I would stay there again, even with this lack of attention to detail.
